I personally think they should just make it so this is the only bag for cooking, and not have to go with the further hassle of upgrading the bag after you get it... but that's just my opinion.

I'd REALLY like to know "how" exactly an engineer can "upgrade" this. What's it going to take? 20 Living Steel & 10 Spirits of Harmony? Something equally cost/material prohibitive to engineer? And while my main is at 600 Engineering, my other characters are NOT. Can an engineer upgrade another's bag in the same way we used to have to do all enchants?

How about a little more info?

Contrary to the first version of the bag, this bag is binded when picked up.
You will not be able to buy it with you main and send it to your lvl 1 food bank.

Another downside is that this food bag will most likely steal away a bag slot from you. While still useful, Blizzard should implement this without taking a slot bag away from us. Something similar to that keyring we had.

Sold by 年‧鐵爪 for 10 Ironpaw Tokens. Also worth noting that this is a 32 slot cooking bag, even though it's not stated on this tooltip yet. This means that you can only place cooking items inside of it.

I don't know why some people are wanting their cooking clothes to go in this. I mean it's a portable fridge. Why would you ever store clothing in a fridge?

Is it just me that can't put Pandaren Banquet into the bag? I get the error message: "Only cooking supplies can be placed in that". Yet I have different types of other banquets and individual buff food in there.

Honestly, I'm not sure this item is at all helpful. There are more cooking ingredients than slots in the bag, so it seems there was a lack of forethought there. Also, unless I want to lose inventory space, I have to keep this in the bank, pull it out and switch it when going to the farm, then switch it back right after. Seems it would just be easier and smarter to put a banker in Halfhill. But I guess that would make it *too* easy to store ingredients and free up bag space, which we have very little of anyway. Does anyone have an easier method?

5.2 Alternate: 高級致冷櫃, it makes use of 5x 賈德奇特的能量來源, the new engineering crafting material, along with 5x 活化鋼 but, it is still a 32 slot cooking bag, so, not really an upgrade, per se, just something to get if you don't want to do cooking dailies (高級致冷櫃 is also BoE) .

So, just thinking out loud... I haven't sent one of my 85/90's directly to Halfhill without questing, so I'm not sure about phasing or rep needed, but would it be possible to port the level 1 alt to Pandaria, do the turn ins of veggie baskets just buy one?

Nice bag, but who wants to give up a bag slot. If you gather you probably already have two less slots than most players. What Blizzard should have done was make this available AFTER you buy the farm. Letting you place it in the house like a personal vault accessible just like the guild vault. It would manifest just like the plow, sprinkler systems and pest control devices. You get an icon in your spellbook just like the guild vault and poof a true portable frig. Give it slots equal to one guild tab. Now that would be an awesome "bag".

Personally I find this bag useful when leveling in Pandaria. As you are questing you tend to find a lot of cooking ingredients and they take up space in the bag. Once you finish the various ways and questing then this bag is better served as a storage bag in the bank or is just not that needed.
