If you are an Ally 14 twink going after these -- Good Luck.

If you can get a warlock and some friends to summon you in, this is the best way. Or, have a friend on the same server fly you in as close as they can get you and have them brez you while taking aggro from the guards until you can both run in.

Otherwise, the solo crawl into Orgrimmar is agonizing with guards sniping you with bows at every rez. Once you actually make it to the portal, something that can take up to half an hour+ of ghost running from Razor Hill, you actually have to time when you rez and run in perfectly or the two guards stationed right by the portal to get into RFC will instasnipe you. I recommend standing outside the portal as a ghost and inching forward until you see the 'your corpse is not in this instance' message. That's where the instance zone-in coding actually starts, not the visible swirling portal. Step back, wait for the message to fade, then launch yourself in as you rez so you cross that 'message' threshold right after you rez.

Once inside, and if still going solo, if you're already a bit fleshed or just in looms as a twink hunter, you can solo up to Magmaw with little difficulty with a pet set to Tenacity. I'm not sure of the soloing capabilities of other classes, I was simply able to do so pretty easily on my 14 twink hunter. If the bracers don't drop, run into the lava or some mobs to kill yourself. Your ghost will appear in the Valley of Spirits, not Razor Hill, since that's where the instance GY is set to send your ghost. It's a short run into the instance from there, and you want to hit Reset All Instances before zoning in again. This round-about way is to avoid running outside to reset and.. getting insta-sniped by the guards, starting your long ghostly run from Razor Hill all over again.

Right now, if you search up a twink that has these on (patch 6.0.3) on the WoW forums, they say they drop from 骨喉, instead of 斯納格瑪.

Good job Blizzard. Didn't think that a typo like this was so hard to spot.
