This is your easily available vendor food that you will probably keep a stack of just to speed up downtime.

Unfortunately while at first the mastery seems like a bonus, eventually it becomes very annoying how it replaces your other food buffs if you are wanting to use it just to regain a little health or mana between mobs.

珍珠奶茶 is needed for the 熊貓人美食 achievement. It also gives a reasonably good boost for mastery, although not the best. Use this filter to see other food and drink items that offer a better gain for mastery rating.

On my level 92 death knight this grants a buff of 30 mastery not 23 as the tooltip states
