This agility staff is created by scribes. Unlike the off-hands, it binds on account rather than equip, meaning it can be used by the scribe itself or any of your other characters, but cannot be sold on the auction house or traded to other players.

和諧之魂 is created by combining 10 和諧微粒, which are world drops in all MoP zones and, like the Spirit, BoP. This complicates using lower-level alts to craft this for your main.

智慧卷軸 is acquired from from daily research (智慧卷軸). Once none of your current or future characters have a use for this staff, you can recover half of the Scrolls used to craft this staff: the quest 銘刻白虎法杖 destroys the staff in return for 10 Scrolls.

Wow I really love this staff compared to the Crane or Serpent staff in looks. While the other two look like some well sculpted wood, this one with the tiger image weaved in light actually conveys the idea of mystery and magic.

This item may be turned in - via 銘刻白虎法杖, which is started by right clicking on the item - for 10 智慧卷軸 returned to you. Note that you will lose your staff in the process, but it will help towards crafting a more powerful weapon that will (hopefully) be implemented with future patches.

Staff is bugged and never actually gets crafted. A quest to destroy it is what you will see
and when you turn it in expecting to get your staff, the staff is destroyed.

DO NOT TURN IN QUEST. Make a ticket if you cannot find your new staff in your bags.

BE CAREFUL TO NOT DO THE QUEST! If you're like me where you just go on automatic, and sometimes don't read the quests, you'll get screwed. Be very careful with this staff. You don't want to have to open a ticket to get the damn thing restored because you mistakenly turned it in. GRRRR!

UPDATE 11/08/12: I'm happy to say that Blizzard restored the Staff a few days later. They realize it is an issue, but warned that they would not restore it again if I were to make the same mistake. I assure you I won't.

Maybe it's just me but I actually prefer the looks of the unupgraded version on my monk so I ended up having to make an extra ghost iron staff to transmog it back. Granted the epic version does look more...well...epic, but it kind of has that same "weilding a street light" feeling that you get from tauren with the huge totem maces.

If you're like me and made this staff for an alt, don't panic if at first you can't equip it. If you open your bags and right click it, you'll get the "You don't meed the requirements of this quest" message. Simply left-click drag it into your weapon slot to avoid this dialogue.

Make sure you want to ! DELETE ! the item before completing the quest after creating as there are no Confirm boxes or "type delete" boxes and item restoration tool does not work for this item.

I have a level 90 priest when i clicked on the staff to do the quest it says i don't meet the requirements. what the requirements to click on the staff and get the quest?

20 damn days to make this so i can use it compared to the crap weapon i am using. then i do the quest and get 10 scrolls back for it? no warning, nothing saying are you sure you want to do this. WTF! this was the only reason i put inscription on my monk in the first place. THE ONLY REASON. glyphs dont sell on my realm. enchants dont sell. nothing i can make sells on my realm. I find this to be totaly lazy on wows part. why would i want to trade that staff for 10 scrolls? WHY? there is NO REASON! none! FIX YOUR MESS UP! i am now getting rid of inscription as it is usless in every way. a simple " Are you sure you want to do this and no longer have the staff?" TO MUCH TO ASK? guess so. 20 damn days and alot more time waisted on this just to have it gone. you suck wow. you suck hard!

This crafted item is bind-on-account (BoA). This means you must learn the pattern and craft the item on the same account as the toon who wants to wear it.

The BoP Craft Confirm addon helps save you from accidentally crafting BoA/BoP items that you intend to trade or auction.

This item can be upgraded with valor, you will receive the message stating the item will become soulbound, but it does not change it's BoA status.
