This is an obvious upgrade to most every piece of 359 gear you can get for a balance druid(or even resto) because of the amount of extra intellect it gives to you. Crit is reforgeable into a more desirable stat. The only problem with this piece is that it almost never drops.
speaking about 迷彩生物光學夜視鏡 yes, totally an upgrade. More intellect, and a red gem slot for a +30 haste bonus.

Part of the patch 4.3 (Hour of Twilight) heroic dungeon collection for Balance/Restoration Druids. This is not an armor set and there are no bonuses for wearing multiple pieces, but the items clearly go together.
