So we've got 密拉加卓的腐化之蛋, 密拉加卓的悶燃火鷹蛋 and 魔焰隼鷹. The corrupted hawk has been confirmed to be the raid meta. It's likely that these three mounts will all have different methods of being obtained, similar to the storm/stone drakes from 4.0, where you could see rare drop vs. farmable reward vs. achievement vs. rare spawn vs. craftable. With the addition of a rare elite firehawk in the new zone, 安德拉卓, I'm going to say that one might be a new TLPD. That leaves one to be-- I assume-- a rare drop in the firelands raid.

Three hawks feels funny given the previous four-and-four set of stone and storm drakes, so I'm hoping that a fourth hawk (blue, to go with red/green/purple?) might be forthcoming, and able to be grinded for (maybe by doing the new Hyjal dailies).

Looks like 魔焰隼鷹 is not implemented while the pureblood hawk drops from Rag. Too bad!

Hmm... Perhaps one is for doing all the raids and their achievements, and the other is the Guild Run equivalent, like the Dark Phoenix? Pure speculation, but why would they have 2 similar mounts for the same content, unless it's another Horde vs. Alliance thing.

There are currently three fire hawk mounts in the database... anyone ever think of the possibility of making one of them purchasable just like the Drake of the West Wind? There are only two options after you factor into one mount being for the meta and one being a boss drop: guild achievement or mark of the world tree purchase.

Assuming that this mount is either a rare mob drop (Time-Lost Proto) or bought with a currency ingame like the argent tournament dailies. The crimson colored fire hawk is from ragnaros and the purple one is from glory of the firelands raider.

This mount has a chance to be added to Zen'Vorka's Cache in the future, similar to the Polar Bear or Green Proto-Drake.

Or just added to buy for 200 marks ala Argent Tournament style.

It could also never be added in game like so many other nice items.

As a fun fact, if you'd like to have your own Green Fire Hawk mount, grab a Disgusting Oozling and have it out with a Pureblood Firehawk mount, majority of the mount will turn a beautiful green shade!

Also works in feral cat form with the Majordomo staff!

I heard on my server and with my guess, this will most likley be the new TLPD Spawn somewhere in the new MoP Zones, so far ever since bc they had a TLPD, hope this ones isn't an accident and becomes that NPC for some of us patient collectors, the 125 idea is really bad for about 85% of all the people in this game, I wouldn't like it either, since my luck on drops are horrible and my lag in most raids is just as bad. :[

I got this today finally. Took out a loan for Garrosh's mount and the 2 Panda engineering mounts. Also used my Paladin for learning the mounts, as they and death knights have a 2 mount advantage.

You obtain this mount by obtaining 250 unique mounts.

Felfire is deadly to the touch, Luckily, the hawk can suppress the flames, choosing not to incinerate its rider in an emerald effigy.

I went from 168 to 250 in 5 weeks. Best way to get this mount is to separate them categorically. Buy what you can first, start on rep ones like netherwing and tillers to get dailies going, then get quest reward mounts. Also never stop doing glory achievements. WOD mounts will help a lot. I obtained close to 30 WOD mounts which was key. If I can get 82 in 5 weeks anyone can get this mount as well if they make a plan on what mounts they need and how to get them. Also don't forget about mounts from bloody coins, vicious saddles, engineering/tailoring, brawler's guild, and argent tournament.

The in-game mount tab is incorrect. It will count mounts that's faction specific locked (Horde bike, Goblin Trikes). So your count could be 3 short. I have to go out of my way to grind all of the PVE factions to get the last 3 mounts. As always, use Paladin as they have more class mount than anyone else for the running total (3 class mounts).

Well I was going to stop at 200 after a long hunt for the last few and low and behold the reward for 250 is this really nice looking Fellfire Hawk. So there really is no end, just a new beginning:) thank you blizzard for enabling me to continue my compulsive search for more of everything. This is by far the coolest looking Achievement reward mount to date. Caffiene=Check, Food=Check. Good to go :) be back in a couple months.
