they wouldn't release 4 races at once
this sounds like an allusion to the "leaked" (may or may not have been intentional) Goblin and Worgen masks that were found in PTR files in 2008, before the official announcement of Cataclysm, which lead to the jokeful addition of Ogre and Murloc masks in the next build.

There are eight masks (one male and female for each of these four races) which are consumed on use and will give a stat buff that lasts for 30 minutes.

Murloc male and female masks give agility.
Ogre male and female give stamina.
Vrykul male and female give strength.
Naga male and female masks give intellect.

The agility, intellect and strength buffs increase these respective stats by 35 at level 85. The stamina masks appear to give 61 stamina at level 85. The buff lasts 30 minutes.
These costs 5 Tricky Treats each and come in stacks per five.

For the Alliance, there is a level 1 NPC standing outside of the gates of Stormwind called Spanky <Mask Vendor> which sells these. The Horde vendor Farina can be found at the Ruins of Lordaeron in Undercity.
You can also buy all the playable races-masks from these NPC's for 2 Tricky Treats each, which you need in order to complete A Mask for All Occassions.

This mask's buff will stack with other Strength buffs. I just tested it since I didn't see anyone else saying whether they would or not.

As of 6.2.2, 男性維庫面具 gave me approx +40 strength, and stacked perfectly fine along with strength flasks and runes. It's not a huge boost, but its close to what the runes give! I assume this will work with any of the masks and flasks combos.
Plus the raid looks amazing decked out in Murloc, Naga, Ogre, and Vyrkul masks. Happy Hallow's End everyone!
