Alternate pants, which in my opinion match this set better than the Legguards of Stratholme are 岩鋼護腿雷霆鍛造護腿 (same model/coloring)

For boots there are a few I've found that kind of work. Nothing I've found really works perfectly, but these might get you by if you're using this set:
黑羽脛甲 and look alikes
英勇護脛 which look nice but the color is very slightly off, they're the ones I'm using though
厲鱗脛甲 not very flashy but the colors match

HerrUhyre suggested 嗜血鬥士矯捷戰靴 which looks pretty nice with this set.
