If you use this in conjunction with the Improved Rune Tap, Glyph of Rune Tap, and (obviously) Blood Tap, you'd be pretty well off. Especially if you're primarily unholy or frost.

1. Use Rune Tap (Improved with linked talent and with Glyph), healing you and your party for 30% of max health each.
2. Use Blood Tap (with Glyph) to get Death Rune, which is great :)

-The Improved Rune Tap only takes 30 sec to CD. This means that if you have 2 Blood Runes up, you could keep a good healing cycle going, turn yourself into a semi-healingtankerdps. Loved by all. lol. Or you could use the Death Rune to fuel the Rune Tap, but thats not really ideal. Especially if you're 18/5/48, or something else to that effect.

This glyph isnt very powerful because blood tap will only do a very very small amount of damage.

The loss of health is so small that it makes this glyph absolutely useless, for any spec. It costs 6% of Base Health, so roughly around 2400hp at level 85.
And if you've taken Improved Blood Tap, if your healer(s) can't handle -2400 hp every 30sec, then I don't think you'll see any loots.

For Minor Glyphs, I would recommend instead going for :

- Glyph of Path of Frost, which could comes in really handy in some situation in order to reduce the fall damages by approximately 30%.
- Glyph of Death Gate, to make the casting 4sec instead of 10. Yep, this glyph is more useful than Glyph of Blood Tap, mostly in wild PvP situations *cough*escape*cough*... Unlike the Hearthstone, the casting isn't cancelled by damages, it's just pushbacked.
- Glyph of Horn of Winter, because we are allowed up to 3 minor glyphs. Now that HoW gives 10 runic power, every DK tends to use it before the buff wears off. Even if there's another DK that applied glyphed HoW, you still get the runic power while still being under the other DK's HoW.

The other Minor Glyphs :

- Glyph of Death's Embrace, who heal their ghoul lol ? It doesn't affect anymore the self healing Lichborne+Death Coil.
- Glyph of Resilient Grip, it sounds cool but it isn't. The situation where it actually works would be when you're trying to grip a bubbled paladin... :/ And if you're trying to grip a boss, then you're doing it wrong. You would still taunt the boss, but in that case Death Grip won't reset with the glyph (who said unlimited taunt ?).
- Glyph of Blood Tap, a.k.a. Glyph of Uselessness.

I just started an Ally alt Unholy DK on another server. It is the first time I have used an Unholy spec and Glyphs are outrageous in coast. Is this purely cosmetic or does it change abilities of you minion? Same question for 骷髏雕紋.

In Legion pre-patch, 7.0, this Glyph and Glyph of the Skeleton do NOT work with Sludge Belcher Talent.

If you activate the glyph it will become DISABLED if the Sludge Belcher talent is selected.

This Death Knight glyph, was altered in Legion. This is now applied directly to your spell, Raise Dead, in your spellbook.
Removing a glyph: use Vanishing Powder on the specific spell, this will remove the effect, however, if you want the glyph again, you'll need to rebuy it.

Yet another patch, yet another glyph removed from my character. I came back to my Death Knight and finally moved a glyph over from my Inscription character via the Warband Bank so that I could get this back... oh but wait, it doesn't work. Even when removing additional talents like All Will Serve and dismissing your pet and making sure it's not on cooldown, the damned thing will not apply.

I have to tell you, it is getting exhausting with how little actually seems to work in this game. New expansion, new problems... and the old ones, too.
