Glyph of overpower. For leveling. I mean seriously? How often does a mob parry anyway. And hamstring? Pve/pvp server argument holds no water, whatever you may gain by going with something to help you in whatever pvp you get into while leveling is nothing compared to how many mobs you have to kill. Besides the vast majority of pvp you'll see while leveling is you getting killed by somebody you have no chance against.

For your first leveling glyph I think it's between this and rapid charge. Yeah rapid charge looks pretty weak on paper but you bump that timer all the time, anything to help you there is going to be very useful. This is also great for fury leveling to help you keep flurry up. Glyph of execution is an honorable mention, however since you only train execute at 24 that might as well be your second glyph.

This does work with Impending Victory. With Field Dressing on top of that, you can help out your healers in that last 20% :)

This combination's great for soloing old content as well.

This glyph combined with actually heals you for 43% instead of 36%. Not sure why it is functioning like that, but it is very nice, especially in BGs.

In Mists of Pandaria Glyph of Victory Rush has been updated to note that it includes Impending Victory.

OLD: Increases the total healing provided by your Victory Rush by 50%.

NEW: Increases the total healing provided by your Victory Rush, or the healing of Impending Victory following a kill, by 50%.

Useful during leveling, solo questing, scenarios and even in 5man instances.

Note that it only increases the "after killing blow" healing of the Impending Victory - the standard heal amount of IV is not increased.
