When Primal Nethers first became tradable, their price dropped very fast.

It's better that they are tradable and variable. The alternative is having no option to obtain it except through hard work and grinding of instances and being at the mercy of the crafter to set a price that you basically must take if you want to buy from them (in which case you still have to 'buy' it, and it's more expensive).

This item will always be expensive. No ifs, ands or buts around it.

Every time I win a roll for it in Heroics/Raids I am asked to give it to someone else, only twice of which was I given gold to compensate for my "charity". This %^&*es me off since 9/10 times the person who gets it just puts it on AH for 100G or more (I know because I check). I no longer run Heroics or Raids expecting to get Frozen Orbs I win rolls for. I just buy them in Dalaran.

Since the arrival of Release 3.2 last week, the price of Frozen Orbs (at least on my server, Azuremyst EU) has taken a tumble - down about 15-20% in a week. Anyone got any theories as to why this might be? Is it a temporary dip (perhaps more people logging on to see what 3.2 is like), or is there an underlying economic change driving this (perhaps some popular item that Frozen Orbs were a reagent for has been superceded by a new item in 3.2)? I'm not sure if the issue is due to an increase in supply or a drop in demand. Any ideas?

I just feel the need to say that with patch 3.3, and the new random dungeon feature, there might be some ...tension as to whether to need or greed on these.
On my server, Frostwhisper, we have been needing on these for a good, long while now, seeing how people 'need' them in some way or other. If you don't want them at all, you can always pass, but instead of giving grief about needing, wouldn't it just be easier if we all need?
There's always someone who's gonna need anyways, right, so might as well be fair game?
And it's not like there's not enough going around these days anyways.

Although, this drops on every end boss on Northrend Heroics, it's best if everyone click "Need" that way you don't feel ninja'd and it's fair if everyone does click Need. Not sure what they will do to it when 3.3.3 comes out but yea.

Absoluteley easiest way has got to be buying them from the vendor in your faction in dalaran, only 110 Justice points per single one, jobs a good one. :)

I just started a tailoring toon. I have never looked for frozen orbs before, but will begin shortly. I assume its not a soulbound item. Is that correct?

If you're looking for a good way to spend your justice points, buy frozen orbs and sell them, or if orbs aren't selling well on your server trade them 1 orb for an Eternal Fire at Frozo the Renowned. While Primordial Saronite is the general goto method for justice point spending, this is a good method if your server has high competition in that market.

Why does it say here that only 阿努巴拉克 drops this item? I just killed 依米倫王 on heroic and it dropped a 冰凍寶珠. I'm playing on EU - Chamber of Aspects. I know that 冰凍寶珠 is supposed to drop from the last boss in every heroic dungeon from WotLK and I think it does. It's just weird that here it says that only drops from 阿努巴拉克

I farmed 16 heroic on 3 90s just to found out that i could've bought this with my now-useless justice point.

Before you start farming WOTLK hcs for your old pattern needs these can be bought from Magistrix Lambriesse (horde) for 75g in Sunreaver's Sanctuary in Dalaran. She can be found standing to the left of the little mechanical auction house gnome.

Despite what some comments claim, these are not 100% drop chance from heroic wotlk dungeons

Even 4 expansions later, these are still an excellent source of Auction House gold. On my server they are frequently less than vendor price, and when they go above that there's a chance for a decent profit.

But the ability to trade them with 有名的弗羅佐 is where the real profit comes in. A few of the old Wrath Eternals are still in steady demand for crafting purposes, and I often make 200g-300g for each 永恆之火, 永恆之水, and 永恆暗影 I sell.

You won't get rich from this overnight or be able to pay for your 魔獸代幣 each month by this alone, but it's still a nice small but steady income - I usually sell at least 50 of these Eternals per week.

For Horde incase your confused like I was. Magistrix Lambriesse is not in the underbelly. She is in the horde only section up the stairs to the left of the inn and where you would do cooking dailies.
