Charles Worth, the tailoring trainer in Dalaran, still mentions he can give you the pattern for this cloak provided you have finished all normal Lich King Dungeons and have managed the achievement Northrend Dungeonmaster.

However, after doing all the needed dungeons and completing the achievement I was unable to get the pattern. A GM confirmed that this pattern is no longer available in game.

I am no longer sure that this item is gone. I put a petition in to the gm today (april 16 2014) after i did all the requirements for the pattern and before i read this post. the gm actually logged on my toon to see that i had done the requirements and said that "there is a bug with this but ill get it fixed"

After about 10min of trying to fix it he confirmed it was "bugged" and awarded me the pattern.....i got the pattern and it is in my book

So is it a bug or is it really gone? i would think if the item was "removed" the gm would either not have been able to give it to me or at least known it was not in game any longer....

So if i were you id at least try to submit a petition to the GM and perhaps they will give you the pattern as they did for me.

I just learned this recipe 3/18/2018. I had the achievement associated with it from back in 2008 on a different character, so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it or not. The recipe was listed in my Tailoring "Unlearned" recipes, so why would it be listed there if you couldn't learn it? /shrug

I went to the tailoring trainer in Northrend Dalaran and was able to learn the recipe. It had a talking option for the recipe, as well as deathchill cloak(i don't have the requirements yet, so cant confirm that.)
