Well I like them honestly though using them for PvE havn't been able to get the plate boots to drop in H HoR, 25ToC or 10 ICC so finally just went and got these, was using the 25nax Plate boots from http://www.wowhead.com/?item=39706, and just decided to farm honor, nice increase for PvE also if you can't find the boots from a raid and can't afford the primordial saronite for the 264boots and don't look at the Uldar crafted these are better once gemed.

Just because these are PvP boots, doesn't mean they suck for PvE. For example, these dropped for me in VoA today. They were PURE upgrade from the blue pieces of $%^& that i had at the time. The only difference was socket color which ain't a big deal

EDIT: As of patch 7.0.3 these boots can once again be purchased from 扎姆‧巴康 in 達拉然 Underbelly using 2x榮譽獎章. There are also many other relentless items that can be purchased that was previously unavailable, like the 無情鬥士斬首者.
