Got one of these in the reward bag from the fishing daily quest. Do not be fooled by it's blue quality, it's basically the same as the epic 15 stam gem http://www.wowhead.com/?item=32200 with the exception of the unique-equipped attribute. On a rare occassion you might even find these at discount prices since people see blue and just assume it's not that great a gem compared to the new badge epic gems.

The "unique-equipped" part of this gem means that you can only have one of these equipped in your outfit. As far as your overall inventory goes, you can have more than one piece of armor with one of these gems equipped. However, when you have an outfit put together in your character screen, you can only have one piece that has this gem equipped. If you try to equip another item, you will get an error message telling you that only one of those items can be equipped and it will not let you equip the second gemmed piece.
