The +2% crit chance to LHW > 5 yds to all Shocks imo! Not to mention, this set, wether you have 2000 personal rating for the shoulders or not, beats tier 5 in many ways. Im a PvE shaman, currently running full SSC & 3/4 TK so theres no chance of t6 for a while yet. And from what I've read, MH & BT-bosses requires much higher stamina and this could be a good starter. Im still considering getting 4 pieces of this set (cba to get 2k personal rating) due to the spellcrit. It makes downranking very effective due to more crits = less healing (usually) = more mana conserved. Too bad it lacks mp/5 but i guess the crits & a few gems will make up for it.

2% LHW crit chance > 5 yards shock range? PvE maybe, but for PvP: NO way. It's a PvP item, why bother throwing a bonus for PvE on it? Okay, the crit is also nice for PvP, but the shock range really beats it by far.

The shock range really helps out frost-shock spamming shamans that try to chase druids around in arena. 5 Yards may not seem like much at all, but trust me - it makes a difference.
