Part of the feral druid Season 3 arena set. It has had the +healing of previous sets removed and replaced with crit rating, hit rating and armor penetration. The current stats on this item make it excellent for pve dps, comparable to Black Temple gear. Though it lacks the strength of BT gear it gains hit, crit and armor penetration.

Given a feral druid's hybrid role in arena, it is debatable if this set is actually an upgrade compared to Season 2. Perhaps blizzard will make some key changes to ferals in the near future.

As I don't have access to t4 chest, this will make an excellent upgrade to my tanking set along with the S2 shoulders.

If this will look the same as tier 6, then the chest part will be having the looks of a robe. So you will need not the leggins to look like you are wearing a kilt, but this chest piece.

Excellent way of attaining crit immunity when enchanted with +15 resilience, supplemented by other rings/enchants/etc.

Threat generation stats are very nice. The loss of 7 Str is disappointing, but is made up for by the inclusion of hit rating, which has always been lacking in druid tanking gear, critical strike rating, and armor penetration.
