泰洛克面罩 is an awesome option for matching transmogrification! Not too difficult to get either, if you're still levelling via BC dungeons you can pick the quest up easy. Just don't forget to loot the bosses!

鬼爪護腿 are matching leggings, however they're from a horde-only quest (in Ghostlands).

Gloves, leggings, boots and bracers of a similar green set for transmogrification have also been found - courtesy Sweetscot and Minadorae (view).

Edit: Edited link to include the Pilgrims Belt, a quest reward from falcon watch in Hellfire peninsula. I think the silver and gold accent the rest of the outfit better than the Bonechewer belt.

For those who wish to continue looking good after leaving Blood Elven areas, it is very possible to do so, even on a starter account, with Transmogrification. To keey the "Sun Cured" armor look, simply find and Transmogrify the following:

Chest: Silvermoon Tunic
Legs: Ghostclaw Leggings
Feet: Bogwalker Boots
Back: Renzithen's Dusty Cloak
Shoulders: Spaulders of the Hero
Belt: Farstrider's Belt
Tabard: Silvermoon Tabard

So far I cannot find anything fitting for the hands. Atleast nothing perfect.

I found the set...except gloves... *sad face* I saw NPC (NOT PLAYER) that had this set on the horde side. (forgot the npc name, sorry)

the chest was different on the npc, same with gloves, the gloves were bright red.
the gloves I could not find, sorry. Prob have to use Bonechewer gloves or something better that goes with the set.
Prob have to use bonechewer shoulder pads or something better that goes with the set.
You have to be LW to able to make pants, boots, belt.
You have to be exalted with "The Aldors" for the pants. Need to be revered to able to buy the boots and need to be honored to able to buy the belt! Its available on Horde and Alliance!
What requires skill for LW to able to learn the recipe?: Need to be 350 LW to able to learn it.

This tunic is a sleeveless variant of the Sun-Cured Vest, for those that want to make it appear similar to the Sunstrider Isle-bought vest, use a Common Brown Shirt or Brown Linen Shirt.

I've got most of a set, for the gloves, I actually use 黑刺手套, or 伊利達瑞護腕 with small gloves like 遊俠手套.

For the shoulders I use 英雄肩甲, seem more Sindorei...ey than bonechewers.

I hide my cloak so I can transmog a 1 handed sword to a 魔鋼長刃 that hilts to the back, and also transmog my dagger to 曦刃. I also have my 紅色龍鷹 to complete the look. Remember the Sunwell!

Due to changes made in Patch 8.1.5, this item can upgrade to rare or even epic quality, since it drops from only one mob (『刺客』凡妮莎).

To give everyone a quick guide, this is one piece out of many that can make any leather wearer appereance look like from the Blood Elf Starting zone. You got 2 choices on how to collect, first one is via Auction House, but do keep in mind, it is a huge gold sink, so if you don't have a lot of gold, you have a quick warning here. The second choice is by Farming and Crafting, and all you need is Leatherworking (Preferably Outland Leatherworking) and Skinning, and a fair bit of time.

Chest: 銀月外套 is a drop from 『刺客』凡妮莎 in Bloodmyst Isle, around the Vector Coil 53,17 or Cyro Coil 37,59 - Do keep in mind, she is stealth and stalking around somewhere, so you may want something that cand detect her in stealth, such as a Demon Hunter with Spectral Sight
Waist: 爆烈守衛腰帶 is craftable via Leatherworking. In order to get the recipe, you need to be revered with The Aldor, and only requires 4x 厚重境外皮革, 6x 魔化皮革, 3x 原始之火, 3x 原始之水
Legs: 爆烈守衛束褲 is craftable via Leatherworking. In order to get the recipe, you need to be exalted with The Aldor, and only requires 6x 厚重境外皮革, 10x 魔化皮革, 4x 原始之火, 4x 原始之水 - Another solution is also 鬼爪護腿 which is a quest reward from 達克汗的中尉. Do keep in mind, the quest is Horde Only in Ghostlands, so if you're planning on farming this as Alliance, only the craftable version is available.
Feet: 爆烈守衛長靴 is craftable via Leatherworking. In order to get the recipe, you need to be revered with The Aldor, and only requires 4x 厚重境外皮革, 8x 魔化皮革, 3x 原始之火, 3x 原始之水
Hands: 噬骨手套 is a low drop chance around Hellfire Peninsula or trash inside Hellfire Ramparts. There is a few other places as well, but your best bet is around these 2 places. If you have the gold, and can afford it via the AH, this is the only thing I would spend the gold on, as I mentioned, it is a very low drop chance.

Other Alteratives to the apperance is 噬骨護軀 for the chest if having trouble finding and farming for the 銀月外套, and to match with pants and stuff, there is also 噬骨撕裂護腿 and 噬骨便鞋
