Has anyone actually seen this drop recently? I've been farming Karazhan for months, sometimes on 2 toons each week and have yet to get this item. It is, of course, the last piece I need for the set. I did loot this originally in TBC on the same character, but I don't see that preventing me from getting it again.

Edit: I did finally get it to drop, so it does still exist.

This does still drop it just seems to be very rare, it took 7 kills before I got to see a single helm tier token and I got lucky with this one dropping. Still haven't completed the tier set so there are other pieces I am getting very unlucky with.

I been grinding this Tier 4 set on my Paladin since the start of Shadowlands. Still no helmet token drop from Prince Melchezaar. I can't fathom why.
