Travel to The Oasis to find a 泡水的瓶子 at the mentioned location. Loot the 泡水的瓶子 to read the rolled-up scroll that is inside. Keep the item!
Now travel west to the mentioned temple ruin at Castigaar and fly up to the inside of its former roof. There you'll now spot the 遠古寶庫 when you have both previously looted items in your bags. Interact to get your 長腿先生 and credit for the 凱瑞西的寶藏 achievement. Congrats! (you no longer need book & bottle)

If the Ancient Coffer doesn't show up, someone may have just looted it. It should respawn in less than 10 minutes.

For those of you who, like me, tend to do things out of order, you might not be able to see the Submerged Bottle if you try to start there. I had to go and loot the Battered Book first, then the Submerged Bottle became visible and lootable. Finally head to the Ancient Coffer to get your reward. Reward is Mr. Longlegs. Quick and easy pet!
