the amount of stretching out content by timegating and recuding droprates this patch is so demotivating... you can just tell they don't have enough content planned to bridge the time until the next expac so they timegate everything to drip feed you content you could otherwise do in one weekend... it just sucks and blizz fanboys rationalize this sooo hard as if people couldn't "handle" more content at one time... it borders on gaslighting at this point

I didnt see any at The Oasis, Shan'dorah, Unterthered SPace, or Shadow Point but could be just mistimed the spawns

Low chance drop the item.
You can find it by slaying 分解能量仲介者 in K'aresh, during 相位深潛.
Actually seem you need to kill around 20-30 units to drop the item,
You can find the magiority of 分解能量仲介者 near the Oasis, near the Tempest Field's bridge and sually near the Ethereals ruin spread in the area.
I advise against search on the Shan'dorah Isle (Raid Area) cause 分解能量仲介者 are really scattered and alone, making the search really slow.

LIES! Liza Minelli LIES! The drop chance is FAR FROM 5%. I won't be surprised if it's less than 1% (at least for that freaking Expired Luck Potion.

The person/people/whoever came up with an idea for this quest should suffer, feel the pain, the agony in real life, whatever.
It's a time-consuming bleep on a vast location with a LIMITED amount (of required elite mobs) among other ELITE mobs packed everywhere with INSANE RNG, that no player would do if they didn't put there a mount as a reward.

If you're like me and prefer to camp a single area, I'd recommend the broken bridge in the Lunnall River area (66, 49).

On one side of the bridge is a Phase Conduit, and on the other side are two Unraveled Energy Brokers that have about a 5-6 min respawn.

I killed each of them 3 times and got my Expired Luck Potion.

Even as a veteran player i was confused and angered. My partner is NEW to gaming, and new to wow. he would NEVER figure this out.

After well over an hour - possibly, no, quite probably two -_- - this finally dropped from one on the steps of a ruined building in North Sufaad /way 79.57 48.78 I'd killed many of these on all land groups multiple times over except this one. Assuming totally RNG but in case not... Good luck fellow sufferers.
