Siesbarg is awarded from the quest Consolation Flies which is the final in a 6 quest chain. The quest chain starts with the item 一瓶帝卡塔之血 which drops from the rare Tka'ktath 帝卡塔 found at 62, 66 in Azj-Kahet, near the City of Threads.

This rare seems to have quite a long respawn timer and a message will pop up when its spawning "The shadow of a hungering beast moves over the city".

The drop chance for the blood appears to be high, there doesn't seem to be any prerequisites for it to drop, perhaps level 78 which the quest item currently states it need .

It is a difficult rare to solo with a daily lockout, currently per character but that may change to per warband.

One you have the blood you'll be sent to the City of Threads to hand it in, you'll then be given the quest 甲殼之語 which requires you to gather 1500 奈幽蟲族甲殼, these drop from most spider/nerubian type mobs. I farmed this in the Ara Kara dungeon with followers or also the Faithful of Zirix in Isle of Dorn to double dip on the 爆碎裂片 that can drop in that zone.

The next quest will be 毒液？多多益善 which requires you to get 1000 奈幽毒液, this dropped from less of the nerubian types, I continued to farm the Faithful of Zirix for this step.

Once done the next quest will be 血流成海 which requires you to get 500 奈幽鮮血, this was extremely limited, it only comes from Skyrazors or Ascended Nerubians. The only ok spot I found was The Burrows within the center of The City of Threads.

Once you've done all of this you'll have a short RP quest to do and the next quest will be Consolation Flies which awards the mount.

This was rough solo but once people get mob farm groups on the go it should speed up considerably

Got the mount today. I did this entirely solo as a Havoc/Vengeance DH at 568 ilvl

First quest is gathering 1500 Nerubian Chitin. I did this north of The Weaver's Lair in Azj-Kahet in the Siegehold area where the Spiral Weave delve is (not inside the delve, just explaining the area). This took about 2 hours of farming these in Havoc doing roughly 800k dps per pull (trying to pull atleast 10 mobs). Respawns were generous and I never really stopped, I was also the only one doing the farm. All mobs drop this besides the humanoid looking guards, but I also got a ton of greens/blues from pulling mobs like crazy so I pulled everything.

Once done with that, you'll get a new quest for gathering 1000 Nerubian Venom. I went to the exact same area and did the same pulls. All these mobs still drop the venom except for the flying bats/beast-looking armadillos. I pulled exactly the same though due to gathering greens/blues. This took a little longer as less mobs dropped the Venom, around 2.5 hours.

Last quest is 500 Nerubian blood. This is where I went Vengeance and solo-farmed the Ara-Kara dungeon on Normal. I timed myself doing the dungeon, with no wipes it took about 25minutes and I got on average 100 blood. So, total was slightly above 2 hours. I pulled every mob in the dungeon for blues/greens and most mobs will drop the blood. You can queue for this dungeon also, but I was getting only 20 blood per run when I ran with a group. Def be careful of the mobs, they can be a little spooky, but overall it's not too difficult to solo.

Turn this last quest in and do a little RP quest to get Siesgard! Overall, it took my about 8 hours with mistakes, figuring out pulls, etc. Enjoy the mount ^_^.

The very grindy questline from this, frustratingly, is not warbound. So you have to progress all subsequent quests on one character.

Got this drop today, 1 kill dropped the quest, based on some early maths this is a 12+ hour farm solo on a hypermobile class like a monk while 2 shotting mobs in an optimal spot, wouldn't recommend doing this solo unless you have literally nothing else to do in game or real life as the grind is extremely dry and boring, the only benefit is that for most of this you are basically grinding for 2 mounts as most of the mobs can drop Crackling Shards which is needed for Alunira

Just confirming this can drop if you are yet to start/finish the main campaign in this area. I just got to the zone, saw the map ping come through in general and got lucky. However, you cannot hand in the first quest without doing the main campaign first.

It is a mount which is rewarded after a quest-chain. The starter-item 一瓶帝卡塔之血 is dropped by 帝卡塔 in Azj-Kahet on top of a big Platform.

/way #2255 63 66 Tka'ktath

帝卡塔 is quite tanky, has a long respawn and I'd recommend doing him in a group, everyone in the group, even a Raid can loot the item it is personal loot.
So if it is up help your fellow grinders out and open a Custom Group with "Tka'ktath UP" and get as many people in as possible.

After acquiring the Questitem it will send you to 沙爾巴. IMPORTANT: The NPC will only talk to you once you have reached Renown 4 with 斷裂絲線 (It might be Renown or a specific Main Story Point).

/way #2213 45.2 13.6 Shalba
Quest 1: 甲殼之語
I recommend going to the Isle of Dorn and grind the Nerub there they can hyperspawn and have a chance to drop 爆碎裂片. This spot is best used in a group.
/way #2248 45 59 Nerubian Spawn
Grind 1500 奈幽蟲族甲殼 and get back to Shalba.

Some commenters also recommended going Solo-Follower dungeons as an alternative for the Dorn-Groupfarm.

Quest 2: 毒液？多多益善
Same procedure as Quest 1, just grind 1000 奈幽毒液 and get back to Shalba.

Someone recommended farming 卡哈奇克&拉哈奇克 for this step it is a Rare Duo. The drop-rate is supposed to be quite high, and they are soloable.

Quest 3: 血流成海
This one was a bit trickier to grind, you need 500 奈幽鮮血, which only drop from Ascended Nerubians and Skyrazors. I tested multiple strategies, most ended up being very slow (Northern Azj-Kahet, in the City of Threads, Dungeonfinder).
The by FAR best strategy was doing 『回音之城』厄拉卡拉 as a Solo-FOLLOWER Dungeon, kill all the mobs you can find it should yield you between 50-120 奈幽鮮血 per run.

After you collected the items, bring them back to Shalba, after that you will have a short walk behind their house and get your beautiful mount!

Appears to requirs lvl 80 to drop.
Killed it with 3 Accounts (2x 80 + 1x 71). Both lvl 80s got it. Could be rng /shrug

I thoroughly recommend utilising the group finder if you’re camping for this. Joined a group and asked the raid leader what the respawn was, luckily it was close to daily reset and it spawned about half an hour past reset time. Unfortunately for the leader they already had killed it yesterday and didn’t have the vial drop so it was great camping out for the spawn while having a chat with the raid party. Managed to get the vial to drop on the first kill.

Bring on the grind.

Just got through doing this grind myself. The current 'in' spot is @ Sunrise Shadow in a cave that's currently being advertised in group finder. Get a group together, the drop rate is decent for the first 2 phase of this grind.

I farmed this today on my Blood Death Knight queueing in Solo Follower dungeons. I followed the recommended strategies that have been posted.

Overall it took about 6 hours, at 587 ilvl.

For 甲殼之語 In Ara'Kara I pulled on mount starting from the right entry toward the first Attendant and body pulled every enemy in the immediate vicinity toward each next Attendant then wrapped around back toward the entrance and used the bottom western side of the stairs to line of sight as best as possible (mostly works). The Followers will die as they try to kill things just ignore their aggro and the enemies will default back to you.

This net roughly 34-40 奈幽蟲族甲殼 every 3 minutes.

For 毒液？多多益善 I went into City of Threads, starting straight ahead grabbing everything up by the statue with the image of Queen Ansurek rounding up every enemy around that area then pressed toward the north where more Silkbinders, and then east toward the Bazaar grabbing the immediate pack and the large pack toward the south with Death and Decay -- then I used line of sight around the corner of the first building. This was the first pull.

Second pull I grabbed more of the enemies in the Bazaar and headed toward Krix'vizk bypassing him but grabbing the large pack near him, then going up the stairs toward the south west of Krix'vizk grabbing the enemies in this area then using line of sight around the corner of the furthest building next to the other stairs.

This place is relatively dangerous even in the follower dungeon because the Silkbinders actively slow you, and they will stun you, as well there is another stun I believe the Heralds have. The Swarmguards and Venomblades also do a lot of auto damage. I can't imagine doing these two large pulls without Anti-Magic Shell and Icebound Fortitude, and Nitro Boosts was very useful for smoother gathering of the enemies. When the followers are dead and you have a lot of stuns coming your way this can be pretty challenging.

This net around 40 奈幽毒液 per run and took about 8 minutes per run, along with some deaths.

For 血流成海 I went back into Ara'Kara and did the same first pull as with the initial quest but the enemies in this area did not yield very much blood, roughly 14-20, so I cleared the whole dungeon, killing every enemy up until the final boss. The area right after Avanoxx can be one pull just be wary, the damage was very high. I would run in a circle gathering everything then go up to the one Nerubian channeling and use any crowd control ability so it stops channeling then you can enter that small structure and use line of sight around the inner doorway. Don't skip the enemies on the sides in the final boss area, they seem to drop the most blood. All in all the dungeon can be done in 6 pulls not including bosses.

This net around 90-98 奈幽鮮血 every 14 minutes.

It's a rough grind to power through but mostly fun. City of Echoes was pretty annoying.

I didn't know about this mob, but I have a habit of killing all the rare things that the addon warns me about, so I saw that a quest item dropped and I went to research it, to my surprise, I started a chain to get a nice mount :D

This guy is soloable, as a caster.

I (604 elemental shaman) found him on a whim thinking he was a regular elite rare. Took me about 6-7 minutes, but I got him down. The whole time I was thinking someone else would show up to help, as he can be seen on the minimap. Just keep kiting.

Since it hasn't been mentioned yet:

I've been in the zone the entire time since the last time it spawned, which was at 4:21pm. It just spawned again at 7:41pm.

That puts the respawn timer for this particular respawn at 4 hours and 20 minutes.

It's probably one of those rares that has a wide window for a respawn timer (e.g. anywhere between 3 hours or 6+ hours), but that's just my assumption based on the long respawn timer. Will know more with more people posting their respawn timer experiences here.

So, I've killed this mob 4 times to get the vial, and let me share my findings:

It didn't drop for my 79 lvl char, which confirms the theory that you need to be lvl 80.
Also, it didn't drop after I got to lvl 80 - which means you can kill it once a day to get the vial.
Dropped immediately the next day.
Spawn time is not that bad. Tka'ktath spawned for me 3 times the same day within 1.5 hrs.
Check groups, sometimes you can be moved to diff layer where it has spawned.
I don't think drop rate is at 65%; in my 3 times killing it in the group, everybody got it except for me (lvl 79 one time + not first kill of the day)

Along the lines of the comment reply from Frundir, 帝卡塔 spawned shortly after 11.30 am (server time) on an EU server. Seems legit that it is every six hours (5.30 and 11.30).
