Reward from 嶄新破曉 , as part of the Reclamation of Gilneas Questline in Patch 10.2.5
Mount has no faction restrictions.
Besides, you'll be rewarded with 套裝：吉爾尼斯貴族套裝 transmog.

Then, you'll get 我們之間的高牆 or 遺留之物 depending on your faction, just after completing 嶄新破曉.
收復吉爾尼斯 achievement, and 泰絲的寧神花 toy are the rewards from these.
It doesn't matter race or faction, log out and come back online after finishing the entire questline. You'll have the toy in your Toy Box, but is usable for Worgens only.

Nice to see a decent vendor price for a mount. EDIT: Er, I know you don't need to buy him. I'm referring to the 100g you get when you sell him off your alts. Most already known mounts have to be destroyed or vendored for 1c.

In case anyone in 2024 is confused like me....I tried to revisit Gilneas to get this mount and couldn't find the quest line anywhere. I finally found the quest 前往吉爾尼斯 from Calia Menethil in southern Silverpine Forest in Pyrewood Town Hall south of Shadowfang Keep at 44, 73.

I've done this quest chain (and completed it) on more than one alt, Alliance AND Horde, and have never gotten the mount. I have the Gilnean Noble's Suit xmog, but not the mount.
Any ideas?
