Isn't This Trinket Extremely low tuned? To compare with 百鍊鬥士矯捷徽記 from TWW 1 Season, or 永續鍊金石 from DF, I bet this trinket's priority stat proc buff should be 400% of current version..

It's funny that DF Season 4's 永續鍊金石 proc increases stat 3606 at ilevel of 525, which is 2X higher than 阿爾加鍊金石 of all level at TW season 1, EVEN MORE, DF's Alchemist Stone's proc rate is higher than TWW's Alchemist Stone

Is the second sentence actually necessary? Does any class/spec combo have more than one primary stat?

Based on the verbiage of the spell:

When you heal or deal damage...

This should proc off of DoTs and HoTs, correct?

Side note: I cast 400+ Renew and Flash Heals on a 1 HP training dummy and couldn't get this to proc on it.

They seem to have buffed it such that the on-equip effect increases the main stat by 10222 instead of 1418 (Item level 602). Is that enough to make it actually good now?

From my own tests it has an internal cooldown on what can cause it to proc, multiple instances of dmg quickly do not give it more of a chance to proc. It doesnt have a cooldown of how often it can proc tho. Ive had this trinket proc 3 times in 1 minute, and ive had it proc once in 2 minutes, ive even seen it only proc once in 3 minutes +

Would the 40% buff to healing potions apply to 技工裝置：覓心生命注射器? It's basically a reusable health potion, and requires 600 阿爾加治療藥水 to make.

Did some testing with 阿爾加鍊金石 and 技工裝置：覓心生命注射器.

An 阿爾加治療藥水 healed me 3,745,498 without the trinket, and 5,337,933 with the trinket.

A 穴居者之喜 healed me 2,619,305 without the trinket, and 3,732,939 with the trinket.

A 技工裝置：覓心生命注射器 healed me 4,748,944 and burned me 278,737 five times without the trinket, and I healed 4,834,289 and burned 286,182 five times with the trinket.

So the trinket DOES in fact provide a healing bonus on the tinker, however it's incredibly small and not the extra 40% that the other potions are getting. If it's bugged, then I don't think such a niche interaction will get fixed. If it isn't bugged, I can't seem to math out the reasoning as to why the healing bonus is so low. Any clues?
