I solved this! This is a part of a riddle that starts at 觀察謎題：田野指南, located at /way 64.45, 69.22. Found this on alpha, and with a friend, we spent a day finding the items.

Item one:
冒險者遺失的肥皂
/way 39.64, 84.69
Located in the south of the Wild Preserve, where the Haniko pet battle trainer is. Go down the hill from them and there is a large barrel. You'll find the soap in front of that barrel in a little bath.

Item two:
絨猴的寶物
/way 47.73, 83.63
Located just east of the soap, at the Dragonscale Basecamp flight path. There's a marmoni named Doc Nanners there who throws a banana at you. Behind him are some boxes, the your prize is in one of those boxes.

Item three:
保存良好的骨頭
/way 66.18, 55.30
Located at the Life Vault Ruins, there is a high tower at the back of the digsite. The bone is at the top of that tower, on the platform.

Combine the items back at the book at /way 64.45, 69.22, feed the treat to the frog, can claim your 玫瑰色跳蛙!

絨猴的寶物 is a part of 隱藏的角蛙人質 treasure puzzle.

To collect the treasure you need to find and combine 3 items to make 佔有慾強的角蛙 run away so you can enter.

保存良好的骨頭 can be found at 66.20 55.26 in the broken tower. Fly onto the roof and search the top floor for the bone.
冒險者遺失的肥皂 can be found at 39.60 84.70. There is a small wooden bath, check it for the soap.
絨猴的寶物 can be found at 47.75 83.60. There is a tent, check out the crates behind it.

After collecting all 3 travel to the 佔有慾強的角蛙 and combine items to make 觀察謎題「點心」. Feed it to the "frog". Solved!
If you can't find any item at the providing spot, it must be picked up already, wait for respawn.

To get past 佔有慾強的角蛙 you need to combine three items, they are located south of 甦醒海岸.

One 保存良好的骨頭 you can find on the upper tower ruins in the Life Vault Ruins.
You can find one 冒險者遺失的肥皂 in the Wild Preserve at the camp in a vat of water down by the river.
You can find the 絨猴的寶物, a banana, in the Dragonscale Basecamp in a small box, behind the tent, next to the flight master.

Fly back to 佔有慾強的角蛙 and go to the rock on which the open book 觀察謎題：田野指南 lies.
Combine the items together by right clicking on one of them and you will get 觀察謎題「點心」. Throw this to 佔有慾強的角蛙 and the big frog will hop away. In the cave you can now open the box 隱藏的角蛙人質 and you will get the 玫瑰色跳蛙玫瑰色跳蛙.

Did this today with my wife. We collected the 3 items together without problem (we both picked up each one).
Then we both had to make the frog move, again no problem.
But then I looted the chest first - and it despawned for her too.

Imagine she might just have to come back, but I thought it was weird that the chest disappeared for someone else.
