You can find this one-time knowledge item just a bit to the west from Algeth'ar Academy entrance. On a table near a big telescope.

Coords are 56.29, 41.17

There is currently another Forgetful Apprentice's Tome nearby, this might be a incorrectly named but anyways you can get another one.

This is above Algeth'era flightpath, just a bit to the west, inside a small building. There's a interactable curious glyph inside. Click it, your screen turns brown, cross the bridge (there's some lvl 70 mobs) and kill the neutral mob inside the house. It drops an item, deliver it back to the glyph and you'll get the knowledge item.

Coords for this 2nd one is 47.24, 40.09

There is something else on the map called Forgetful Apprentice's Tome at /way 47.24, 40.09. It's inside a building across a bridge (follow the instructions in the other post here, it's actually kind of a neat little quest) and it's called

A little extra info for the occasionally unobservant - such as myself.

When you enter the small building mentioned in the other post at 47.24, 40.09, the "Curious Glyph" is actually the floating book slightly to the left of the one directly in front of you when you enter the building.

I spent a bit too long looking at the walls and floor for an actual glyph rather than a book.

It's for Inscription proffesion.
Click the 奇特雕紋 (book) to get the buff 建立關聯.
Leave the building and go to the other side of the bridge. At the end you will find 混亂化身. Kill it and loot 解密鑰匙.
Go back to the 奇特雕紋 (book) and click it again to loot 健忘學徒秘典.

Once you click the book to phase you in, all the mobs are level 70 and do not scale down. So come prepared if you are not max level yet.

So you CAN mount up - and fly across the bridge with your dragonriding mount, skipping all the mobs. BUT - do NOT try to kill the guy in the tower as a sub-70 character that isn't a tank class. He has like 400-600k HP and hit's like a truck. I tried to kill him as a lvl 62 elemental shaman, and he absolutely demolished me, even with an earth elemental up. :(
