I got 休眠的發現 / 帶有魔法的訊息 after complete 解剖刀解決法 and reach 沃卓肯協調者 Renown lvl 7 at the same, I don't know exactly what the requirement.
休眠的發現 begin a questline called Ancient Waygates to get 遠古覺醒 and Unlock the Ancient Waygate travel network in the Dragon Isles.

Full Questline:

休眠的發現. Deliver the message to Thaelin Darkanvil at the Rubyscale Outpost in The Waking Shores.
這顆老石頭. Inspect the Etched Ancient Monolith.
夜裔精靈小知識. Locate Warpcaster Delandra at Camp Antonidas in The Azure Span.
好奇心是關鍵. Speak with Warpcaster Delandra at Camp Antonidas.
取得力量. Gather energy within the vessel for Warpcaster Delandra at Camp Antonidas.
某處的傳送門. Follow Warpcaster Delandra to the waygate's location.
古老的覺醒. Empower the Waygate. Rewards: 遠古覺醒 & 遠古傳送門.

Ancient Waygate has 30 min cooldown.

This quest item starter does not appear to delete itself even after you've completed its associated quest. So just go ahead and delete it once you've completed it.

Hi all

Small Quest Chain to unlock the Ancient Waygate. When You finish this Quest Chain You will reach 遠古覺醒. To unlock Quest Chain you need to have Renown lvl 7 with 龍鱗遠征隊 "Ancient Waygates I"

1. 休眠的發現 - When You hit Renown lvl 7 with 龍鱗遠征隊 You will get item 帶有魔法的訊息 ( TBH i don't remember how did I get it ;/ ) This item will start this quest. You need to see 塞林‧暗砧 /way #2022 47.22 90.23 in tower
2. 這顆老石頭 - Inspect 蝕刻遠古石碑 in on mid in tower.
3. 夜裔精靈小知識 - Go to see 躍傳法師德蘭卓拉 /way #2024 45.93 40.62
4. 好奇心是關鍵 - Just speak with quest giver.
5. 取得力量 - Go to /way #2024 39.72 60.84, and kill mobs until You collect 100% energy.
6. 某處的傳送門 - After speak with quest giver go:
- Pick first portal
- After You teleport take portal one more time
- Slay 狂亂的秘法饑渴者 and take next portal, after conversation quest will finish
7. 古老的覺醒 - First follow Quest giver and when He will use barrier go next to waygate and use extra bar. You will be teleported, on this stage You need to collect Energy by pressing on 潛在秘能 or killing mobs. When YOu get 100% press on Waygate to get teleport. This quest will finish and you will reach 遠古覺醒.

Finishing This Storyline will give you 2 Waygates open But is 6 more to open. To get them open You need to reach Renown lvl 8, 10, 15, 17, 20 and 23. You can pick what waygate You want to do first if You will reach Renown. You all the time will get Quest to do it. If You will discover all of them You will reach 傳送任意門.
