It appears that there is a Memory of Unity granting the Unity recipe for each class, think of it like “Unity (Mage)” and “Unity (Druid)”. Each of these is account-wide, but there is no “all classes, all accounts” Unity.

This is corroborated by there being 12 different Memories of Unity on wowhead, one for each class: https://www.wowhead.com/search?q=memory+of+unity

In other words, when your Druid hits revered and purchases Memory of Unity and unlocks at the Runecarver, then your Druid alts will automatically have it, but not your Mage alt. Your Mage needs to hit Revered and separately buy and use the mage-specific Memory of Unity (at which point all your Mage alts will have it).

團結的記憶 is purchased from 威洛 when reaching Revered with 受啟迪者. Even though this item lists it being for 戰士, simply log into a separate class and it will show up that you have this memory unlocked (for ALL classes)!
