The best farming location by a wide margin is the open ground near 18 34 in Azure Span. There is a campfire in the middle of this spot.

There are 4 packs of 3x Oozing decay that respawn almost immediately. They are very easy to kill and respawn almost immediately (every 30s).

A 30-minute farming session can easily net over 100 Rousing Decay, and then I'm probably still lowballing this number,

Creektooth Den (14,21) in Azure Span has Errant Rot in high supply that can also drop these at a decent rate.

Combine one button macro:

#showtooltip
/use rousing order
/use rousing decay
/use rousing air
/use rousing earth
/use rousing fire
/use rousing frost
/use rousing ire

This will simultaneously convert 10 rousings into 1 awakened for each rousing you have at least 10 of. If you don’t select an image for the macro, the tooltip should be the rousing that is highest in the list with qty in your bags. If you want it to be a specific one just put it after the tooltip like:

Both of these stack to 1000 so this won’t really help save bag space unless you just keep them all stored as rousings.

Fishing 冰霜霜鰭鮪魚 from the 蒼藍高地 Ice Fishing holes (requires 冰上釣魚 from the 伊斯凱拉巨牙海民 Renown 10) and then defrosting them into 霜鰭鮪魚 and waiting an hour will result in 腐爛霜鰭鮪魚.

Each 腐爛霜鰭鮪魚 then contains on average 2 似肉非肉, 0.35 喚醒之霜, and 0.35 喚醒之腐.

so been trying to farm these and found it hard! but iv found the perfect spot. cord - 13-35 brakenhide hollow where all the wild lashers are.. and kill the decayed elders they give u lots of the mats!

The Herbalism profession is a decent way to get these. You can often find Decayed herbs in the western parts of The Azure Span.

If you spend 6 point of knowledge to specialize in Mastering the Elements -> Decayed you can safely harvest them.

Additionaly, you can use Overload Elemental Herb near one before harvesting to summon a mob that gives quite a few extra when looted.
