blizzard dumped some recolors of previous but never released versions into the trading post as free lunch for everyone. Nice move! Developers work wasnt in vain

Speculated to be one of the new Trading Post rewards. Three mounts in total including this one have been leaked through data mining, and they are all speculated to be Trading Post rewards. The two other mounts are Savage Green Battle Turtle and Megenta Cloud Serpent

like Squawks, Quawks also seems to be a nod to the parrot of the same name from Donkey Kong Country, who is also a purple recolor of Squawks from that game.

Movement is herky-jerky. And unlike other flying mounts he can't land on the ground (cause of his peg-leg, perhaps)? It's kind of annoying.

fun detail: rare in mounts, this mount's animations do not include land walking, but only flying. In grounded Battlegrounds, it looks like a flying mount because it also sits higher than the average mount and never touches the ground.

It's so sad that these mounts are so cool yet have no land walking animation. It's the only reason I'll never use any of the parrot mounts at all, ever.

Any way to obtain this after the June 2023 Trading Post event? I know Blizzard has said that rewards are to rotate eventually, but I don't think I've seen this return yet.

This mount is now back ingame for February 2025. You can buy it from 供應商菲莉娜 at 48.0 52.0 in Dornogal, one of the special trading post vendors who are available for the trading post's anniversary this month. It costs 750 trader's tender.
