Obtained from 原靈體結構圖 in Endless Sands at /way #1970 63.0 21.5, inside the building. You will need to have 原靈體合成（坐騎） unlocked to see and obtain it.

You can't remove the rubble to enter this room until doing so in 強行挖掘, part of Chapter 5, 意志之冠, but you can use "clever use of mechanics" to get inside if you're impatient (see other comments).

In order to obtain any schematics for the Protoform Synthesis Forge you have to unlock it first
How to Unlock the protoform synthesis forge:
Complete first 3 chapters of the Campaign 首創者的秘密
Research 高音語理解 at the cypher console in Exile's Hollow
Complete the questline starting at 找到塔赫利. Once completed, the next day you can start 失落零件 which leads to unlocking 原靈體合成（坐騎）

It’s blocked off by a barrier that you have to deactivate to kill it. To deactive the barrier you’ll need 1 other player. You’ll then have to check which sigils are glowing above the 2 structures next to the entrance. You then have to bring sigils to match the 2 shown. You can find the sigils very close by.

Why does everyone toss up a generic post but no one mentions how to remove the rumble or if it's time-gated.

Im gonna add this here Posted by CNellemose in the comments for blocked door.

On the PTR, the rocks are removed during the Crown of Wills chapter of the Chains of Domination campaign in Zereth Mortis.
Assuming this to be true on live also, don't think there's a way to get in before then.

If you are struggling to get past the rocks. Get killed outside the vault, as a ghost drop down onto the top of the rocks and you should be able to walk through the top of the door. Res and pick up the schematic. There is a teleport pad to get you out.to the right of the door.

Seems a bit bugged; I had to close the game and relaunch to see the schematic. Logging out was not enough.

If you can't see it on your realm, try joining a random group on another realm. I camped for around 20 minutes on mine and it didn't show up, joined a random rare group from another realm and it instantly showed up.

1) Complete the quest series for protoform-synthesis-mount.

2) Go to 63.0 21.5

3) Go inside the building (see other posts in this thread if you can't get inside)

4) Then loot the schematic off the ground. If you do not see the purple glowing scroll on the ground (i.e. it is not there), then server hop until you see it.

5) Take it back to the mount forge (70.2 28.7) and turn it in to the Servitor Interface to activate the schematic.

6) Now ye have to farm up the components/mats.

Enjoy your new spider mount.

This item is located in the small triangle/pyramid building directly north from where the sand rares spawn at (when you look at your map, directly north from them, there's even a road leading to it). Walk in, item is on the floor on the right side. :)

A solo technique for those farming 啟示鑰匙 to craft 赤紅原蝸 and 原蛛潛伏者, the door to 首創者保護者 can be entered as a ghost. Mount up to a deadly height and fall just outside the door, then corpse walk back releasing inside of the cave.
