I had this drop from General Zarathura today, and it was NOT the first time I had killed it that day. It doesn't appear to require that the silver "Rare" frame to be active to loot this, it's probably able to be farmed repeatedly with no daily lockout.

I feel like all the times I have seen this drop have been times I have been not lazy and interrupting casts on the rare. It might also just be a coincidence.

I'm convinced that Bliz does this on purpose.

It's like those McDonalds Monopoly games where you can easily collect every piece except one, and it's the one you need to complete the winning combination.

Finally managed to get this today after what felt like ages. I was thinking I would just end up getting Exalted with the Enlightened before getting this, but I got it with about 3k rep to spare. So it took me almost two full rep ranks to actually get this little thing. If you get tired of farming, one of the pets this makes (專注原型) sells for ~45k on the auction house.
