according to a recent news post, the way to get this mount isn't 100% known, just that it involves combining 四分之一的古代戒指, 四分之一的古代戒指, 四分之一的古代戒指, and 四分之一的古代戒指 to make 尼爾甘瑪的石戒指, and then placing it somewhere.

i looted a 四分之一的古代戒指 from a 淵喉瘋狂傀儡, which was running through perdition hold while the necrolord assault was up. it yelled the following text and continued to run as i attacked it: "You cannot have it! It is mine, stay away filthy Maw Walkers!" at ~210 ilvl, i didn't have a hard time killing it, but undergeared players might find it more difficult. iirc, the NPC ran across the middle part of the front of perdition hold, toward the bridge that goes to the altar of domination, around /way #1543 29.9, 61.8. i was not doing anything special, but i was on a quest that required killing mobs in the area. i saw the announcement of its spawn 2 or 3 times while i was in the area. i think i may have been doing 重點整理 -- i just remember i was standing in that area for quite a while, and this is the necrolord assault quest where that makes the most sense... so the construct's appearance may be dependent on whether or not that quest is active.

i also received a possibly-related item, 尼爾甘瑪的銀戒指, from a 統御封印箱子 at /way #1543 66.0, 57.4 behind the staircase.

this is a chest inside a cage that required four total 解印鑰匙s to open – three for the three cage locks, and one for the chest itself. here is where i got each one:
• i think the first one i got dropped from a random mob in the area when i was doing campaign quests (i'm pretty sure it was from a 瑪卓薩斯變節者, but not positive).
• inside a 餵食者之手與鑰匙, which dropped from the rare elite mob 伊瓦. a secondary questID popped when i killed it, so i think one was the daily tracking quest for ylva and one was for looting the feeder's hand, which did not drop for me on subsequent ylva kills (but did drop for a friend on his first kill).
• from a keyring inside a building next to a named mob. the entrance is next to 『漩渦』帝歐門, and the coordinates are /way #1543 66.9, 56.2. go down the stairs and kill 凱爾魯恩, and on the wall to the right of where he stands is 折磨專家的鑰匙圈, containing another key.
• from a 黑爾嘉德補給箱, which i think was around /way #1543 67.3, 49.0. this actually dropped two keys for me and the friend who was with me, so you may be able to skip one of the other sources (unless the fifth key is used for something else in the future). this chest did NOT glow or sparkle, so it might be a little hard to see!

this blue ring is the only thing that dropped from the chest, and since it was such a pain to unlock i would hope it is important!

ETA: possibly another piece of the puzzle, i received 尼爾甘瑪的符文指環 from 托格倫. this rare is in the rift phase of the maw, which you can access either by using 失衡裂隙石 while on the night fae covenant assault quest 魔影之地, or by entering a maw rift in korthia with 修復的裂隙鑰匙 and walking to the maw (just be aware that the portals in korthia only let you in for 15 minutes at a time, and then you get booted out and have to go back to find another portal, whereas while you're on the assault quest you can pop in and out infinitely).

torglluun is in the same place 希莉夏 spawns in the normal phase of the maw, around /way #1543 28.5, 24.9.

ETA 2: also in the rift phase of the maw, 尼爾甘瑪之手 can be found at the back of a cave, entrance at /way #1543 25.6, 32.0. you can place a ring on each of its fingers, and there is a book resting against the pillar next to it, 反抗之手：悲痛紀事, containing some related lore.

To get the Stone Ring, a Necrolord Assault with the quest 擬訂計畫 has to be active, as you need the Centurion vehicle that becomes available after completing it to access one of the rings.

四分之一的古代戒指 is looted from one 淵誓儲物箱 atop the walls that surround Perdition Hold. The Cache that specifically contains the Quartered Ring is the one at 35.0 69.7.
四分之一的古代戒指 is the one ring that requires the aforementioned Necrolord Assault quest. It can be obtained as a reward from the quest 淨空城牆. This quest starts from 防禦地圖, which can be looted a 淵誓儲物箱 atop the walls in Perdition Hold. The specific Mawsworn Cache that contains the Defense Map is the one at 30.3 55.9, and you must have access to the Overcharged Centurion to destroy the Pylons for the quest.
四分之一的古代戒指 can be found at several places in Perdition Hold on the floor after looting at least one other Quartered Ring - A nice spot is by the vases near the rare 織影者塞瑞斯.
四分之一的古代戒指 is looted from the 淵喉瘋狂傀儡 NPC. This NPC will start to spawn after looting at least one other Quartered Ring, and will run around Perdition Hold yelling your name. This NPC will run through mobs and away from you, until it eventually despawns. If you miss him, he will respawn in a few minutes.

尼爾甘瑪的控制戒指 is the golden version of the crawling hand mounts. It is a "secret puzzle" mount, and is obtained by aquiring 5 rings: 尼爾甘瑪的石戒指尼爾甘瑪的銀戒指尼爾甘瑪的符文指環尼爾甘瑪的金指環尼爾甘瑪的璽戒 within the maw and delivering them to 尼爾甘瑪之手 at /way 25.5 36.8 in a cave called "Forlorn Respite". 尼爾甘瑪之手 will only be in the cave if you are in the rift phase of the maw. The rift phase is a new concept in patch 9.1. It's basicly a spectral realm of the maw as we know it, and all mobs will be replaced with others. To enter the rift phase you have three options.
Option 1: Using 失衡裂隙石 while on the night fae covenant assault quest 魔影之地 - Can't reach Torgllun with this method.
Option 2: Entering a maw rift in korthia with 修復的裂隙鑰匙 and walking to the maw. 修復的裂隙鑰匙 is purchaseable at Tier 4 with the new rep in Korthia 博文者寶典 for 100x編目研究 Be aware that the portals in Korthia only let you in for 15 minutes at a time, and then you get booted out and have to go back to find another portal. Portal Coords(possible more exist):
/way 61,8, 44,6
/way 43,5, 46,8
/way 53,7, 72,0
/way 56,8, 74,6
/way 59,4, 53,7

Option 3: Find a person with 崩陷裂隙石, and open a portal into the rift. This portal is shareable when in group, so it's a good way to skip farming for tier 4 with the new rep, or waiting until a specific quest is up. 崩陷裂隙石 has a low dropchance from rares.

With that out of the way lets get to how to obtain the 5 rings.

尼爾甘瑪的石戒指 is obtained by combining 四分之一的古代戒指四分之一的古代戒指四分之一的古代戒指四分之一的古代戒指. To get the Stone Ring, a Necrolord Assault with the quest Putting A Plan Together has to be active, as you need the Centurion vehicle that becomes available after completing it to access two of the rings (and unlock the other two).

四分之一的古代戒指 is obtained from a Mawsworn chest atop the walls in Perditions
/way 27.7, 61.6
/way 35.0 69.7

四分之一的古代戒指 is obtaining by killing and looting a 淵喉瘋狂傀儡, this NPC will start spawning after looting atleast one of the other quartered ancient rings, during the Necrolord Assault event in the maw. It spawns in different locations in Perdition's hold and will yell a message in chat:

You cannot have it! It is mine, stay away filthy Maw Walkers!

四分之一的古代戒指 is obtained from completing the quest 淨空城牆, obtained from the 防禦地圖. You have to enter the Overcharged Centurion you unlocked by completing Putting a Plan Together, and head to /way 30.3 55.9 where the specific Mawsworn Cache that contains the Defense Map is and you must have access to the Overcharged Centurion to destroy the Pylons for the quest.

四分之一的古代戒指 can be found at several places in Perdition Hold on the floor after looting at least one other Quartered Ring - A nice spot is by the vases just right from facing the rare 織影者塞瑞斯. /way 33.69, 66.24

Now that you've aquired all 4 quartered head to Zovaal's Cauldron at /way 36.0, 41.0 and craft 尼爾甘瑪的石戒指

尼爾甘瑪的符文指環 drops from 托格倫 at /way 28.7, 25.0 in The Rift phase of the Maw.

尼爾甘瑪的銀戒指 is obtained from 統御封印箱子 at /way 66.0, 57.4 behind the staircase.

To open the chest however you need 4x解印鑰匙

These can be obtained in any order you like.

First key is obtained from 5%(ish) dropchance from 瑪卓薩斯變節者 found around /way 66.6 52.2. These are elite mobs, but can be soloed with decent gear. I haven't been able to confirm yet, but i believe that you need to finish your campagin up until the point where You've rescued the Primus
, as i farmed out 200 defectors with no drop before doing this campaign quest, and got it on my 4th kill afterwards. But might just be unlucky pls let me know.
Second key is obtained from 餵食者之手與鑰匙 that drops from 伊瓦 at /way 66.8 42.2. This is a rare elite mob and you'll probably have a hard time soloing this.
Third key is from a keyring inside a building. The entrance is next to 『漩渦』帝歐門 at /way 66.9 56.2. Head down the stairs and on the far end back wall on the right hangs 折磨專家的鑰匙圈 which is the third key.
Fourth key is obtained from a 黑爾嘉德補給箱 at:
/way 67.3, 49.0
/way 65.7, 61.2
/way 67.7, 53.1
/way 68.2, 48.1
/way 63.4, 52.0

Once all four keys are obtained, head to 統御封印箱子 and recieve 尼爾甘瑪的銀戒指.

尼爾甘瑪的金指環 Is found sitting on a spike on some structure, atop a long ground pillar run. It's located at /way 19.15, 32.28.
It's quite the climb, and some parkour will be needed, I suggest you start at /way 18.58, 38.99 and jump out on the foot of the pillar, you'll then have to find the right pathing and follow it all the way to the top.

尼爾甘瑪的璽戒 Drops from 『統御信使』伊索奧斯

You can also just find someone with 統御的呼喚 an jump into the portal. Also the portal is up for quite some time, so before setting out to acquire a 統御的呼喚 for yourself, I'd check if the portal is already up.

Once all five rings have been obtained head to 尼爾甘瑪之手 in the rift phase of the maw. Placing all 5 rings on the hand will trigger a quest, where Nilganihmaht offers to aid you against Zovaal, however he can only offer part of himself which is of course the hand. The quests rewards you with the mount. Congratulations!(##RESPBREAK##)272##DELIM##Uchur##DELIM##Plagiarism To summon 『統御信使』伊索奧斯 you need combinate 3 items to create 統御的呼喚.
I got all items on my first try.
Dominion Etching: Pain drop from 『痛苦信使』塔拉波拉斯.
Dominion Etching: Loss drop from 『淪喪信使』阿弗里亞斯.
Dominion Etching: Grief drop from 『悲慟信使』艾克佛拉斯.
With 3 other players, stand on the corners of the platform and cast 痛苦召集 to summon these rares.

/way 19,4, 41,4 『淪喪信使』阿弗里亞斯
/way 42,1, 21,2 『悲慟信使』艾克佛拉斯

『統御信使』伊索奧斯 is located on Altar of Domination (upper level) - The Maw.
To enter on Altar of Domination you need open a Gate in Perdition Hold.
To open the Gate you need the achievement 防止世界被破壞 (click on this achieve for more info).

After opening the gate, run to the rare location on Altar of Domination and use 統御的呼喚 on the center of the room.

After using 統御的呼喚 a portal will appear in the center of the room.
Enter on this portal to reach Altar of Domination (upper level) and kill the rare and recieve your last ring.

Nilganihmaht's Runed Band drop from the rare Torglluun located in The Maw.

I tried to do this before doing the Necrolord Assault and I was phased and killed the rare but no ring dropped.

The videos shown are not stating this is a 100% drop and on WoWHead its stating 20%

Either way we may have to wait until that Assault is up before starting the chain to get the mount

To get 尼爾甘瑪的符文指環, if you are an engineer you can use 蟲洞產生器：暗影之境. If not, walk to 淵喉 and use 移轉暗語 it will still save you a lot of time.

Vulpera can make camp at a destination in the Maw (lets use the cave where the hand is as an example) and if you are in the Rift when you "Return to Camp" you stay in the rift when you arrive! It made part of this process much easier.

A few pointers.

Luckily the cypher DOES work while in the rift. You have to be outside of korthia to use it. So the beastwarrens.

I did NOT go into the rift and click on the book before I started. I saved all my rift walking for the end and only went once. This way, I killed Torglluun and went right to the hand in the 15 minutes. I still had about 8 to spare when I was done. So collect all the rings except for the one in the rift until the end when you are ready to turn in the rings. Saved myself quite a bit of hassle by doing this.

I've been waiting for over 36 days now for the Undying Army to offer the quest "Putting a Plan Together". Nothing crushes your soul as much as waiting roughly 300 hours for the possibility of one quest to be available.........while carrying 4 rings and a quarter ring in your bags.... day after *!@#ing day.....

It seems you cant get 3rd ring from Maw Mad Construct and 4th from the ring location where you find until you have done 2nd from the quest first. I havent seen Maw Mad Construct and the ring location yet since first day Necrolord Assault.

Maybe, you need that quest "Putting A Plan together" to trigger Maw Mad Construct and the ring location? "Putting A Plan Together" isnt up this week for EU and it has been several months now.

Let me know if you could get 3rd and 4th without doing quest "Putting A Plan Together". I got only 1 st ring so far...

Finished the 5th ring today when the Necrolord assault was up along with Putting a Plan Together quest. A few comments:

* I had finished all the assault quests and received the end reward when I remembered this quest chain. I had also looted several (but not all) mawsworn caches using the grapple hooks (because I did not know at the time that the Centurion is always available). Turns out none of that matters (phew)
* one (there may be more) Overcharged Centurion is always up (well it was for me during the assault), around 38, 64 (druids can't use till out of travel form)
* I popped the grommit cage in the middle of Perdition Hold and the grommit immediately (I think you need to pet it, not sure but I did just b4 it took off) found the 2nd quarter (inside the little cave around 31, 59). Took 1 minute (NB: Spent a lot of other times looking for it so that may just be luck). Some think that you need the 2nd quarter to proceed, that was my experience.
* within 5-6 minutes the Mad Maw Construct spawned and used my name. I did not know where it was and I assume it despawned (frustration time:-)
* used the Centurion to loot the 2 remaining caches, got the Defense Map on last cache (as I'd previously looted all the ones you could reach via grappling hooks) which gave me the Clearing the Walls quest.
* at the same time (so about 5-10 minutes from the previous MMC spawn) the MMC spawned again. There is a theory that MMC spawns if you loot a quarter ring or get that quest, I think this is true based on my experience).I chased it in the Centurion which kills easily. Trash can be an issue, esp the mobs that fear but the Centurion is pretty tough and abilities 1 and 2 smash the MMC. looted 3rd quarter.
* finished Clearing the Walls quest and got 4th quarter, went to forge, made the Stone Ring, got other 5 rings from bank, did the Maw part, all done :-)

Or if this quest is absent at the start of the assault, then there is no point to check its existence every day during the same assault?

All "Hand" Mounts

Gold (this one): 尼爾甘瑪之手, obtained from 尼爾甘瑪的控制戒指. You have to find five parts and combine them to complete 交給你. See the top comment for details!
Silver: 瑞許奇加之手, obtained from 瑞許奇加之手. The October 2024 Trading Post offered it for 750 Tender.
Warm-tone Silver: 巴滅瑟拉之手, obtained from 巴滅瑟拉鎖鏈. It's a low drop chance from 折磨者的寶箱, which itself is a once-weekly drop from the Tormentors that spawn every two hours in the Maw.
Cool-tone Silver: 瑞司莫拉之手, obtained from 瑞司莫拉護腕. It's a reward for doing all the Sanctum of Domination achievements — 統御團隊高手的榮耀.
Black: 薩拉藍珈之手, obtained from 薩拉藍珈的手鐲. It's a reward for killing every Tormentor — 掙脫鎖鍊.

Hi, thanks for all the tips and good advice. Just a note to say that I got Nilganihmat's Silver Ring today from the chest with only 2 Seal breaker keys in my bags. I must have wiped the area of around 200 defectors and killed Ylva about 4 times and any only ever had the 2 easier keys ( The Harrower's Key Ring and Helgarde Supply Cache - all info on locations of those in the other detailed posts). Thank heavens I brought the Grommit pet from Korthia with me today, it just happened to run off to the domination chest, I tried it anyway, and the darn thing opened and gave me the ring. Just the stone ring to go now! ADDITIONAL COMMENT: it may also be that I have quested in The Maw so extensively, that I had picked up and used keys in the past, even though they're no longer in my bags or bank, use of keys, I gather, is cumulative, so if you only have a couple, or others on alts, give the chest a whirl b4 driving yourself mad waiting for it to drop :)

Okay so i might have done a mistake. I was in the rift and went into the hand mount, i right clicked on all the rings except Nilganihmaht's Stone Ring as thats the one i'm currently missing.

I do hope i don't need to farm all over again and the rings disappear. Might be a dumb question but i gotta be sure or prepared.

The quest 擬訂計畫 is currently up on NA realms until weekly reset on 12/26/23 and is needed to obtain the 尼爾甘瑪之手 mount.

I just want to add since I have not seen anyone say it yet, If you find that you only need the signet ring listen up. All other rings can be obtained solo, especially now days. The Signet ring is acquired organically by going with 3 friends plus yourself to 3 different bosses, getting those 3 items to combine into "Domination's Calling". This can be really hard in 2023, once people have the mount there is not much reason to help summon these rares.

"Dominations Calling" is not consumed on use. It is the item used to create a portal to the boss to get the signet ring. It does have a 24 hour cooldown but stays in your bag.

IF that is the only ring you need, it may be a better strategy to ask in general chat or your guild if anyone has "Dominations Calling" to open the portal for you. It can be way easier to get 1 person with the item to help you rather then try to find 3 people to help on 3 bosses. Hope that helps someone and cheers on your new mount =)

Warning, getting the Stone Ring can be extremely RNG.

A certain quest needs to be available during the Necrolord assault.

This RNG on top of RNG made it so it took me about 6 months to get this mount.

This does not show up for me (key number 3 below which hangs on the wall). What can I do to fix this? Also I opened several Hellgarde Supply Caches and did not get any.
