Weirdly enough, it doesn't work for me at all.

I have Artisan Riding, yet whenever I attempt to use it, it simply says "Requires journeyman riding skill".

Maybe because my character started out as an allied race, maybe because I racechanged at some point, maybe that it actually requires Master riding, will update if that's the issue.

Edit: Upgrading to Master Riding did fix the issue for me. Whether it's a tooltip error, a bug, or something else I can't tell, but if you're having the same issue, try upgrading your riding skill.

Complete the World Quest 堡壘競速日！ 10 times on different days in 瑞文崔斯 to get the achievement 堡壘競速手.
Speak to 賽事長穆卓拉格 to start the WQ.
Grab the speed boosters and dodge the oil puddles. Be at the finish line before your opponent. It doesn't have to be all speed boosters, if you run through the finish too fast, failed the quest.
With the achievement, you can buy the toy 泥掘者手推車競速手 from 賽事長穆卓拉格 for 50 灌能紅寶石.
If you have already completed the WQ and 賽事長穆卓拉格 does not offer you the toy, try another day when the WQ is active.

To achieve the RAMPARTS RACER achievement you have to do the race 10X on different days.

since this achievement is now warband level instead of character level, you can complete this world quests with multiple alts and get this toy on the same day
