毛刷 item is required to obtain 布蘭契的韁繩.
To get 布蘭契的韁繩 you have to bring items to 死馬布蘭契 6 times in Revendreth.
You can do it only once per day so you need 6 days to get the mount. The day starts with the daily quest reset.
You can obtain all the items you need in advance.
死馬布蘭契 spawns on the river in Endmire north of Darkhaven
and starts to run until it bumps into a player. Everyone can interact with it.
It despawns after 5 minutes. The respawn timer is from 1 to 2 hours.

Each time you give the item to 死馬布蘭契 it will react with the following emote:
Meet Blanchy first time -> Dead Blanchy's eyes are frenzied. Her form is sickly and gaunt.
She is clearly famished and needs a hearty meal.
Handful of Oats -> Dead Blanchy accepts the oats enthusiastically. Though she is shaggy in patches,
her skin ripples with irritation from stinging mites, sharp thorns, and smelly muck.
Grooming Brush -> Dead Blanchy shivers and nuzzles you as the grooming brush cleans the irritants from her skin.
As she shifts her weight and stamps, you notice her hooves are badly chipped.
Sturdy Horseshoes -> Dead Blanchy lifts her hooves obediently, happy to save her injured feet tended.
She's out of breath and blowing hard and seems very thirsty.
Bucket of Clean Water -> Dead Blanchy eagerly drinks the entire bucket before butting her head against you.
She's quenched her thirst but is shivering uncontrollably.
Comfortable Saddle Blanket -> Dead Blanchy stands very still as the saddle blanket is placed upon her.
As her shivering slows and then stops, Blanchy begins searching your bags for a treat.
Dredhollow Apples -> Dead Blanchy's nostrils flare as she scents the apples. She eagerly crunches them up.
Dead Blanchy sights contentedly and places her head on your shoulder.

Careful with this brush! Got this brush purely by accident, not paying attention to what I was doing while questing. I later deleted it not realizing it was part of a chain to get Blanchy. After that discovery I went back to get another one and the option to borrow a brush is gone. Guess you only get the one. :(

Does someone know why i can't see anything when i speak to the NPC? I don't have any <Ask to borrow a grooming brush> option here
*edit* I made first task then on second day i was able to get the brooming brush.

Hi all

To get 布蘭契的韁繩 you will need 6 days. Then how fast you will start that fast you will get ;).

Why Is 6 days ?. Every day When you will see 死馬布蘭契 you will have to give required things in correct order/days. 6 days = 6 things.

For me best way was at first to collect all things ( that take me maby 40 min ) when you will get them all just go to 死馬布蘭契 in 瑞文崔斯 63 42 Before waterfall under a fallen tree in water.
死馬布蘭契 is respawn every 1-2h for 5 min. If 死馬布蘭契 is not on position just wait or look for group in Group Finder->Custom.

6 Days = 6 Things:

Day 1
You need to bring: 8 一捧燕麥. You can pick them up from 一袋燕麥 in 西部荒野. You have 3 farms on North You can find them only over there.

Day 2
You need to bring 毛刷. 毛刷 you can get from 短刀 63 61 in 瑞文崔斯. Just speak with Him and you will get it for free xD.

Day 3
You need to bring 4 結實的馬蹄鐵. You can pick them up from 被丟棄的馬蹄鐵 in 瑞文崔斯. 被丟棄的馬蹄鐵 is located on East from Darkhaven on all roadside on ground. I got 3 in 74 57 1 spot in 5 min then respawn is very high better to just stay in one place.

Day 4
You need to bring 一桶清水. To get it first pick up 空水桶 63 61 and Fly to 亞登曠野 or 昇靈堡 jump to any water and press on 空水桶 in your inventory.

Day 5
You need to bring 舒適的馬鞍墊. You can buy if from 塔楚 51 78 in 瑞文崔斯 The pracie is not normal xD You can buy it for meat ( I paid 30 爬行者的肉 ) But price can change every week for other meat. Best go look before you will buy any thing on AH what we want.

Dat 6
You need to bring 3 掘息坑蘋果. You can buy it from 米姆斯 40 62 in 瑞文崔斯 This time you pay in gold xD.

Items from 2-6 are in 瑞文崔斯 that why is ease to get them all. And as I said better to collect all First then go to 死馬布蘭契.

I dont know if this is a bug, but i was looking for the brush and i was in party with my wife (just the two of us). My wife talked to Snickersnee and tooked the item. When i talked to him, i didnt had an option to talk him, just some talkings from the npc. I thought it was bugged, i reloaded 4-5 times and nothing. Still couldnt get the item. The next day i decide to go and make the first step again, the oats, i picked 8 pieces and went to blanchy to talk her, and hoping that she will get the 8 pieces of oat. But when i talked to her, it count as 2nd day, where you groom the horse!

死馬布蘭契, who you need to interact with to get 布蘭契的韁繩 for 罪奔者布蘭契 spawns in The Endmire in Revendreth, and then runs away faster than you can fly.
If you stand in her way, she'll stop with the text "Dead Blanchy stops abruptly to avoid running you down" and will then stay for five minutes before despawning.
