劈骨者的骸豬 drops from 『劈骨者』薩蓓耶 in the middle of Theater of Pain in 瑪卓薩斯 zone.
Sabriel the Bonecleaver is one of the champions that you can fight in the arena, hard to solo.

There are several elites that are hanging in spheres in each corner of the Theater of Pain
They usually spawn randomly.
When 卓克拉德 comes down 『劈骨者』薩蓓耶 spawns .
Player with Necrolord covenant can activate the rare.
You need to channel the Anima Conductor in your main Necrolord base to the The Theater of Pain.
Other players can join the fight and kill the rare.

Sike, it's still not available. Got removed from the mount journal a day after the launch of 11.2.7, and not on the Timewalking vendor.

Not in the Mount Journal and hasn't been since launch. Perhaps this mount was removed and replaced with the other mount 『劈骨者』薩蓓耶drops, 裝甲骨蹄牛獸, which is obtainable by Necrolords only.

It seems to me like this is the mount that Sabriel is supposed to drop, considering it has 'bonecleaver' in the name and the one that actually drops, the 裝甲骨蹄牛獸, is also sold by the Necrolords quartermaster. Somehow got mixed up and has never been fixed.

mount is still not available despite wowhead saying it is a vendor reward during shadowlands timewalking.
