This gun is attainable by completing all of the hunter quests in STV. You get a final quest to kill the master of all the beasts or something. There is also a bow which can be rewarded.

The main reason this gun is amazing is that it is attainable by a lvl 29 twink. And because the gun is a high lvl, a +40 friend can attach the +7 dmg scope to it.

Obviously you'll need the help of some max lvl friend to complete all these quests. But in the end, this gun, or the bow are the best possible weapons for the lvl 29 BG.

Unfortunately blizz nerfed this (used to be http://www.wowhead.com/?item=4111) because of 29 twinking. Still proably the best ranged weapon of the 29 bracket.

But! Blizz loves twinks and comes to the rescue.. while reducing the DPS by 0.1, the speed has been brought up to 2.9, making this the slowest, thus best for aimed shot, weapon as well!

Correction- the reason why Blizzard "nerfed" the gun in 2,3 by lowering the DPS by 0.1 but increasing speed might be that the +7 scope now helps a LOT less than before.

The best 29 twink ranged weapon currently is the Ironweaver with the +12 damage Khorium Scope, making your DPS 26.7.

No. The scopes have a minimum item level so it won't work.

I wanted this rifle (actually the bow 狩獵高手的獵弓) for my F2P twink. But it didn't work for two reasons:

Quest chain requires level 24 (F2P are limited to level 20).
Final reward doesn't include this rifle or bow anymore. So probably not available anymore anywhere else either. Please post here if you think it is still available.
