Here is a good way to get this for your level 29 twink hunter.

1. Get a level 70 or 60 friend to help you with the first parts of the quest.
I strongly suggest to start this at level 28. If you are level 29 and trying to get this bow/gun I believe the bug still works. Die on purpose and follow around your friend that is helping you get the item and you will still get credit for the kills. Once you get to the last quest killing the elite tiger rez up and get the kill and voila you have your twink weapon.

If your wondering why Blizzard hasn't nerfed the bow or made the quest so twinks can't get do it is because after you pick up a chain quest even if the next part in the chain is way to high for you, you will still be able to accept the quest and do it. And the chain starts at 28 I believe.

As of the Lich King patches, the rewards have been changed to have the same Damage Range and speed. Realistically, there's no difference anymore unless you have weapon racials (Like Dwarves with Gun Specialization)

Finished whole quest chain up to bang and got no gun/bow. Must have been nerfed. One shot bang with a 29 belf twink with boa bow. Can anyone confirm this or have I done it wrong? Did get green hills of stranglethorn achievement though :)

I wanted this bow (or the rifle 狩獵高手的步槍) for my F2P twink. But it didn't work for two reasons:

Quest chain requires level 24 (F2P are limited to level 20).
Final reward doesn't include this bow anymore. So probably not available anymore anywhere else either. Please post here if you think it is still available.
