Best spots i found so far are 72 / 58 for the 變異的虛無之鰭 (no Enemies near)
and The Cursed Landing 84 / 58 in Uldum for 畸形嚙咬者

Result of 60 casts in both of the invasion areas (Maxed Kul Tiran fishing with a +39 modifier):

I fished a little bit in the Vale at 72.0 56.8 and in Uldum at 29.8 15.7 (far outside of the current minor invasion area) while my 超大浮標 lasted.
The results are:
30 minutes in the Vale: 83 變異的虛無之鰭 and 41 畸形嚙咬者.
30 minutes in Uldum: 41 變異的虛無之鰭 and 87 畸形嚙咬者.

Farming Ishak, I was able to fish this 3:1 (to aberrant voidfin) using the hyper-compressed ocean. No other item was fished up at that location using the toy
