If you are having trouble creating this, and wondering what "Requires Restored Abyssal Focus" is supposed to mean, you have to create this at 49, 61 in Newhome, 納沙塔爾. There is a blue sphere on a platform on the ground called the "Radiating Abyssal Focus", that is what they are talking about. Use the anvil there to create the item. Once you've turned in the 200 永恆光珠 for 永恆宮殿：突破極限, you create 奧司曼束腰, and you should get the recipe 設計圖：強化奧司曼束腰.

***BE AWARE: These items are BOP, meaning they are immediately soulbound upon creation. Blizz did a real screwjob on professions this expansion, if you can't use the item, tough luck, it's soulbound and that's the end of it. Even worse, at this point in the expansion, BiS for current raid is 鑲帶崖鱗護脛 for BM hunter legs, and it's a BOP. Meaning as a blacksmith on a hunter (me) not only am I losing out on being able to sell the best item I can make, I can't even get the BiS for my spec to raid with. Not cool blizzard...
