This single target trinket mimicks 瓦里瑪薩斯' 獨處黑暗. Of course, not entirely: the spell is only used if no ally is within 8 yards, whereas the trinket does additional damage if there is no other enemy within 8 yards. However, it's clear the focus of this trinket is single target or spread target fights: as the effect is purely passive and requires no positional requirement it's a good progression trinket.

Antorus breakdown for the additional damage from the equip effect:

Worldbreaker: continuously.
Hounds: continuously (unless you're overpowered enough to use a stacking strategy, for which the trinket wouldn't matter anyway).
High Command: ~1/2, phase 3 and/or after the adds are killed.
Paraxis: never unless you get a lucky proc on a sole Destructor: the question is whether this matters on the Eonar gauntlet or not, though.
Portal Keeper: continual (occasional adds).
Soulhunter: continuously.
Kin'garoth: continual (not when constructs reach the boss).
Varimathras: continuously as well as ironically sadistic.
Coven: continuously (the bosses are immune if stacked).
Aggramar: continuously.
Argus: continuously (does not 100% apply to Designates).

As you can see, the trinket only loses most of its additional effect on High Command and Eonar. A few trinket equip effect examples that may theoretically be better (assuming relatively similar item levels) but be hampered by the trinket's liability in practice on the fights where the Seeping Scourgewing applies: 背叛之魂 has a positional requirement and tends to be worse if it can't always overlap, 滅絕引擎 requires you to pick up the orbs, and 命令之眼 requires you to stay consistently on one target.

Trinket has no internal cooldown (happend to proc twice in 5 seconds) it’s pure rng. Proc can crit as well. Animation has sound and it looks like old druid swipe but purple colour.

Feels like the drop rate on this trinket is very low. we've run ATBT since launch and do normal and heroic weekly and haven't seen it drop once.

This can proc from heroic throw on warrior, and it can hit targets witch you are not targeting. It pulled Harjatan on ToS when I used my throw to pull the trash before him.

Got his trinket on my hunter via trade - it procs from ranged attack just as well even if you 50+ feet away from the target.

Don't bother with this one in your Timewalking set - the proc rate is abysmal and damage doesn't scale well either.
