This trinket procs 惡魔精力 (242612) - approx 1 RPPM.

As soon as it the trinket procs, four green orbs spawn in a totem-like formation around you which you can move over in order to extend the duration of the buff. If you played Shaman back in the day when they had a totem bar, the orbs spawn in an eerily similar fashion (they can even spawn all on top of each other if you are surrounded by obstacles.)

It has a halved proc chance (0.5 RPPM) for tanks.

4 small green lightning balls spawn around your character at a range of about 5 yards, collecting all 4 balls thus doubles the duration of the proc to 24 seconds. This makes the trinket a little situational, since it forces melee to leave the target, or balls may land in fatal ground/AOE effects or spawn when you have to move away from your current location.

You basically get your own bonus boss mechanic on every bossfight.

Got it today from the weekly quest box, and I must say this trinket seems to be completely bonkers - as stated previously, 4 small green orbs (similar to the fel obrs in the Maiden encounter) "shoot out" of your character for you to pick up, extending the buff by 3 sec per orb. Now the awesome thing is that it can proc again while you already have the buff active, giving it a high uptime (but it seems that the buff can last only 30 sec, thats the highest I could get it to last). A very nice trinket for classes that autoattack alot and value mastery :)

I was testing on the dummy for 11 minutes and managed to get the buff up to 1 minute and had 60% uptime! http://i.imgur.com/yqDHNMX.jpg

Notes on trinket proc:

The trinket proc applies a buff on you called 惡魔精力 and has no CD. (I've had it proc consecutively).
When the trinket buff procs, 4 green balls fountain out of the mob (there's a noticeable animation) you're currently targeting, and land in a perfect diamond around you.

The balls do disappear after around 10 secs if you don't gather them

It is interesting to note that you don't need to walk directly over the orbs to collect them, they have a few meters collecting radius.
This allows you to speed up the process a bit.

Additionally, if you are in a corner or surrounded by obstacles, the orb can spawn directly underneath you (not consistently though).

According to simcraft the uptime of this trinket is around 40%, which is a lot. Got mine yesterday on my feral and already seems like a solid choice on st and aoe.

It really favors classes that moves faster than usual, specially a feral druid, since:

1.- Has mastery
2.- Balance affinity is the go to choice on almost any situation, letting you move away from the boss to grab the orbs.
3.- Passive increased movement speed.
4.- It procs agility, yummy.

Obviously if an orb lands on fire you shouldn't try to grab it, unless you want to hear your healers yell at you which is always a valid choice haha.

Edit:

This thing procs whenever it wants, sometimes it won't proc for several minutes into a boss fight (it rarely procs on pull which means you don't get the full benefit of it) and other times it will proc several times in a minute which means you'll get the buff for over a minute.
