Finally made this with my 60 shaman (since I've done absolutely no instances higher than Sunken Temple). All that intellect is really nice if you are Restoration spec, or even Elemental spec. Hunters and Enhancement shamans should look at one of the other dragonscale sets though.

I used to rock the set in vanilla. Great gear for your late 50s. Looked really cool too, used to sell a lot of shoulders.

For those looking for transmogging gear and not wanting to farm the blue dragonscales, 弒王者胸甲 (Horde-only) and 外交官護胸 (Alliance-only) are your only other options.

Fun fact: As of 7.0.3 (Legion), this is the only mail chest piece with this look that's available for Horde. The 30 scales it needs are only skinned from two creatures: A rare spawn in Winterspring, and Chromaggus in BWL.

Edit for correction: This is the only mail version available now, period.

This is a mail version of the chestpiece from the plate Demon-Forged Mail (Recolor) set. There are a couple of matching pieces still, but most of them were converted to plate.
