I scan the auction house really regularly, and auctioneer collects statistics on how often it sees items. This is among the most rare items I have seen. Over the last four years (since I last reset my data), I've seen this axe only 5 times, including the one I just bought. Of course I don't see the ones that are kept rather than sold, or the ones that are posted and snatched up before I have a chance to see them, but that's true for most items. Crazy rare.

This item is a great item for treasure hunters! But to find the weapon just mosh all mods in Blackfathom Deeps by any "monster" in there!

this is the best inslot main-hand ambush weapon for trial "twinks"-can you call them twinks?They have no real enchants....

nevertheless, back on topic.

After you are done ambushing,the best way would be to is to have a macro as soon as you come out of stealth so you swap to a 2nd 邪惡匕首, maximizing your damage potential, since with with auto attacks you need fast weapons to get white hits.Not to mention the 4 more passive crit chance will help your evis combo better

Looted this weapon from the 受折磨的犧牲者, which is summoned by pressing the bowl in the altar in the Sanctuary of the Moon, after killing the boss. Quite a few of them appear, and almost all of the rare blue items fell from them, although it is not specified. In general, don't ignore these mobs.

This was the last of the BFD zone drops I needed. It finally dropped from one of the Blackfathom Tide Priestesses outside the dungeon. 5000 attempts (including dungeon runs)

Got one after about 19 runs of BFD. Dropped off a Stormmender in the room with Bathiel. If you can, use druid and dreamwalk to speed up the exit and entering of this dungeon. Dreamwalk (get it from legion class hall for druid) and just click it again to reappear outside the dungeon, saves a lot of time.

Like others said, don't sleep on these mobs, because they can drop all the zone drops from inside the dungeon.

It didn't take too many runs, barely a week, so definitely not an impossible drop on Uldaman levels or anything. And not worth paying those 500K or even millions that I saw listed on the auction house before. Just keep trying and you'll get it eventually.
