The stacks also last until used.
15 stacks = 225% extra Fiery Brand Damage

These gloves seem alright in my opinion so long as you have the opportunity to hit a few adds with a sigil, on single target they are underwhelming as it could encourage you to hold off on your Fiery Brand until you get full stacks, and its not worth it before 15 stacks i wouldn't think.

The stacks which build on your character from this legendary last until you use Fiery Brand. This means that, yes, they persist through zone changes, logouts, etc. I for one like to bully the swarm imps on the Fel Hammer to build stacks at the start of my day! >=)

The buff these stacks provide is, however, listed as Magic, so it can probably be dispelled by any effects that cause Magic buffs to do so.

I got one of these off a random treasure chest, in Sabermaw area, the treasure chest that shows up on your minimap after you buy the faction treasure maps. Is this normal?
