Only recieved this item once so far, even though I've done every Withered Army Training and Meta World Quest for my main character, but once is better than nothing when you can reduce the ridiculously long Order Hall mission times by 15%.

I don't know why WoWhead's item text says "$rabdesc682", but ingame it says 15%.

In my experience, it is most useful to reduce a 4 hour mission to allow the use of equipment that "Increases success chance by x% on missions shorter than 4 hours". If you try to reduce longer missions, the rewards don't justify the means. For a 5 hour mission, you'd need a 25% reduction and a 6 hour mission would need a 35% reduction. For a 4 hour quest, you only need the common Swift Boots that is 5%.

On the other hand, if priority is to reduce the length of any mission (to make it quicker to start another mission), you'd have to stack quite a bit to make it worthwhile.

My goal is always to get the success chance to as close 200% as possible, without any "spill-over". A flat increase item like the Lucky Doodad is preferable to me on quests between 4 and 8 hours.

I've experimented a lot with mission reduction and found that reductions are progressively stacked, each reduction is calculated one after the other so you get diminishing returns however...
On my Warlock who has a Class Hall Talent Ritual of Summoning for - 20% Duration + Jubeka Shadowbreaker with Dreadsteed - 20% Duration and two other heroes all with Pathfinders Saddle (-15% Duration) Carrot on a Stick (-10% Duration) and Elixir of Overwhelming Focus (+ 40% Mission Success on missions under 4 hours),
I get a total of 74.7% reduction on mission durations which means anything LESS than 16 hours is reduced under the 4 hour mark.
Seems the way to go.

You can equip other heroes to have long mission duration bonuses to cover the Elite missions (4 to 6 days duration) and suchlike.
In those cases a couple of mission reduction heroes and a single hero with all 3 long duration buffs will recover full rewards in half the time.

Druid Order hall. + order hall advancement "travel form" = -20%
Carrot = -10%
saddle=-15%
=-45%

For longer duration (ex.:1 day 8hrs) the carrot is acurate.
But for shorter duration the carrot is not -10% instead it's approx -9.3% ex.: 14hrs=11hrs

Considering that an avg person sleeps 8hrs on 24 hrs of course you can do 2 missions in 1 day with an 11hrs mission but might be better to do a 14hs at 200% for twice the rewards than a 11hrs at 100%ish.

So it's pretty much useless (except for the travel form) at 1 follower 10+15 =25%
But might be real good at 3 followers -25% x3=-75% haven't tested it yet:) I don't know if this stacks with multiple followers. ex.: 3f at-25%+travel form 20%=-95% reduction time + each with 30% under 4hrs

This would mean a 14 hrs would be done in 0.7hr with a base 90% chance on any mission!

So I tested it and it has a diminishing return for exemple: (with a carot and a saddle on each follower) so 95% reduction but:

14h24 mission =1f (11:00) 2f(4:12) 3f(2:51)
total max minutes 864,
total calculated 95% reduction= 820min,
total in game deminished reduction 693min so ain't 95% but 80.2%

Nice they added items: under 8hr or 4hr it's +30% +40% so I added those 1 for each folowers and my mission sucess was 185% on most mission :)

Depends if you want to do more the same day or do a single pass each morning.

In my case I'm gonna stick with time reductions X3 followers:)
