I hope the model is a placeholder so far, I would have loved for it to be the updated tabard they got in WotLK and Cata.

*Edit* The model for this is simply the same old Tabard without the lower flaps to it. Might also be worth pointing out that this one is separate from the original Tabard, and unlocking one of them will not unlock both in your appearance tab.

This had better be a pain and a half to get, otherwise all the players who were able to get and hold on to the original Scarlet Crusade tabard (or just really really dang lucky to get it from Harlan) won't have anything special anymore. Was hoping this one would be a different modeled one, like the tabards modern Scarlet NPCs use.

Sold by the Scarlet Quartermaster at the Darkmoon Faire. Only available for sale while wearing the Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade. Anybody can buy it, unlike the armor appearances that are only for sale to plate and mail users.

Blizzard could've given us a cool looking new Scarlet tabard, such as the ones worn by the Crimson Legion, or the clean looking, high ranking tabard with the gold borders. Instead they chose to give us what is basically the look of the existing Scarlet chestpiece, and when worn by cloth users, it looks exactly the same as the normal tabard. Thanks Blizz.

This seems fun farming a 0.4% drop chance tabard which is already extremely hard to get in terms of RNG in the first place but then you add a vendor to purchase another similar tabard for 25k gold which takes a bit for me to get.What blizzard employee thought this was a fun idea.

Well so I just bought the mail & plate set on my hunter/warrior and the tabard on my hunter (to get the apperance) and the tabard only shows up on my hunter, when I bought the plate set with my warrior afterwards and I mouseovered the tabard, it even says "not collected yet".

So blizz is telling me that this is like the ONLY tabard that is not acc-wide? I would have to farm the normal tabards on all of my chars AND buy the new one for 25k each? They can't be serious, I can just hope it's a bug.

Anyone else with this problem?

BEWARE! YOU NEED THE TABARD EQUIPED NOT THE MOG TO BE ABLE TO BUY IT!

If you got your TABARD like me on your rogue and deleted the TABARD when the xmog 7.03 release was on you are screwed. Even the blizzard restauration won't help!

This must be the lamest joke done to players with the 7.03 patch.

Sended a bug to Blizz to inform that this the mog UI is a proof on itself that suffice to buy at this seller.

Worth noting that this visual is exactly the same as the visual you'd get while wearing 血色十字軍外袍 with a robe or a kilt. Unless you want to wear this tabard sans-flaps with pants or shorts, or you're just that much of a collector, the 25,000 may seem a little steep.
Personally, I've never seen the appeal of visual of half the tabard magically tucked into the nether where my robes are supposed to be.

This is a screw over for cloth casters. You have to have the old 1 to even see the new 1 on the vendor. The only thing that makes it different is its a cropped bottom. If you are a cloth caster most your mogs and outfits are robes. If you are wearing a robe all tabard's are already with the cropped look anyway. So I see no reason to pay 25k to get this. Sure for a alts mog but I play mostly caster robe wearing classes......

Wish I read this BEFORE I went grinding on my priest for the tabard. Absolutely useless... which is funny because I'm sure Blizzard could have added cloth Scarlet gear. 2016 and they can't add cloth?
My fault ofcourse, but time I'll never get back for something that should have been included.

IMO This is not even worth buying, both the plate and mail sets you can buy from her already show the Cropped Tabard on them without needing to mog it. The only reason you would use this is if you wanted to mog it without also moging the chest piece from the set.

The comments here gave me a lot of mixed ideas so I'll just repeat my exact experience. My alt had the tabard from the dungeon you need to interact with the quartermaster. I wanted the cropped tabard unlocked for my main, ideally without farming another dungeon tabard. I bought the cropped tabard then transmogged it's appearance to get rid of the vendor-back window. This did not unlock the appearance on my main. I then logged back on my alt and destroyed the tabard - THIS unlocked the cropped tabard appearance for my main and all other characters.

Transmog farmers: This tabard does not appear in your uncollected tabard appearances, but pops up as collected once purchased. It is a separate appearance from Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade.

In order to unlock the Old 血色修道院 dungeons, you need 血色鑰匙 that drops from the 塞滿戰利品的南瓜 which is a daily reward from killing the 無頭騎士 during 萬鬼節 while having all 4 curses active on the player, they're also needed for 巫木邪偶的加持. When you get 血色鑰匙, you need to bring it to the 血色修道院 entrance, just atop the stairs where you find a quest for 血色鑰匙, in order to activate the Old instances, you have to interact with the 舊鑰匙圈 on the wall after completing the quest. You can toggle the Old and New instances with the 舊時血色修道院 buff whenever you like, on all of your characters on the account. Once you enter the Old Graveyard, you can loot a spare key from that you can trade to another player or sell on the AH. If you're also looking for a fast way to obtain the 血色十字軍外袍, you're in LUCK, it still drops in the Old Armory from the 血色受訓員s that spawns after killing 赫洛德. In turn, after obtaining the 血色十字軍外袍, you can then equip it while talking to the 血色軍需官 on the 暗月島, she sells the 血色十字軍短版外袍 for 25.000 gold only to those wearing the 血色十字軍外袍.
