It would seem that this is more available than SIlvershell Leggings, which, while better, is rarer in the AH. Tanks or paladins who're looking for defense could get this, though Scarlet Leggings could well be better.

I got this from a Highvale mob the other day, but I decided not to replace my Scarlet Leggings with it. And i realise it isn't found here.... pity I didnt download my wowhead client first... anyone seen it off a Highvale before, though?

one thing to consider if you compare these with the Scarlet Leggings, since these are BOE you can have a higher level char attach one of the LW armorkits, which will result in a far superior item than the Scarlet Leggings.

Picked these up for my level 41 ret pally for 50g, bought a clefthide armor kit and honestly can't find anything that looks like it will replace these leggings. If you find them on the AH for less than 50g, you'll probably want to pick these up as the strength bonus is huge. They're not just tank leggings; DPS classes can benefit from these too.

Those pants use Thralls texture, and look pretty good for RP.

The comments above are out of date. These and any other BoE legs WILL become soulbound to the character applying the armor kit, so you can no longer twink items such as this.

On Worgen females- oddly-- the rear side of these leggings makes them appear to be "backless"-- that is, from the back, bikini armor, since the shading follows the pattern of Worgen furs quite closely. I do not know if the same is true for Worgen males.

I came across these pants while farming other things for transmogrification. These pants as well as a few other pieces seem to match the armor Thrall wore prior to the patch 4.2 update to his model.

So far it consists of

Pants: 魔像裂片護腿 BoE World Drop
Gloves: 女妖之觸 BoP dropped by 安娜絲塔麗男爵夫人 in Stratholme
Wrist: 戰育護臂 BoP dropped by 大酋長雷德‧黑手 in Upper Blackrock Spire
Shoulder (MAIL): 破天者披肩 BoP reward from 未完成的工作... in Shadowmoon Valley
Boots: 黑曜石護脛 BoE World Drop

The entire set would be a recolor of Warbringer's Plate. I haven't been able to locate a chest or belt. Nor have I found a suitable shoulder that is plate not mail. So the set can't be transmogrified. However RPers may still get some use out of it.
