This item, along with the rest of the Demon Hunter upgrade set, can currently proc Epic if you get lucky. This is a continuation of the item proccing from Warlords quests items and drops.

This treasure actually bugged out for me. I opened the chest and it disappeared, giving me nothing.

EDIT: I DID however receive it in the mail later on. So at least that happened...

Before the screenshot is up, players should note that a skeleton would be hugging the chest containing the ring.

This item can get an upgrade similar to treasures and quest rewards from Draenor. Mine is ilevel 695.
