魔煙發射器 counters the naval threat 先手攻擊. Its blueprint is dropped by 魔匠達茉卡.

魔煙發射器 can be acquired 3 ways:

Automatically, as the native trait of a new or upgraded rare or epic ship,
Looted, from a mission that has a ship with the 地精船員 / 食人妖船員 buff, or
Purchased, from 索提‧裘倫 / 柯朗克‧鏽光 after it has been unlocked by learning the blueprint.

Additional equipment: There are 7 塔南森林 bosses who are guaranteed to drop specific Equipment Blueprints needed for the achievement 海軍技師.

Protip 1: I use Macro Toolkit to avoid having to split macros into smaller parts. There are other addons that also allow this.

Protip 2: Want an easy way to reset your Tomtom arrow to the nearest boss on the list? Just type
/cway and voila! *

Note: An 8th boss, 鋼鐵劫奪者, (second boss in 地獄火堡壘) drops 裝備藍圖：陀螺儀穩定器 which counters 激流漩渦. The blueprint drops on all levels of raid difficulty.

Note 2: What about the rest of them? Only 3 other blueprints are available in 6.2.0. They come from various sources. 裝備藍圖：高壓熔爐 (高壓熔爐 for 迅疾), is a quest item. 裝備藍圖：防沉裝置 (防沉裝置) and 裝備藍圖：巨牙海民漁網 (巨牙海民漁網) are vendor rep items.

The blueprints for 備用彈藥艙, 自動航空掃描儀, 聲波增幅器, Q-43噪音水雷, & 額外艙房 are not obtainable and are no longer required for the achievement.

However, each of these 5 pieces of equipment has a chance to be provided automatically when upgrading or building new ships.

Question (new user here): I killed Felsmith Damorka, she dropped the Equipment Blueprint: Felsmoke Launchers quest. I took it back to my Shipyard, turned it in to Salty Jorren, and...nothing. I still can't buy the blueprint for the felsmoke launcher. Does it take some time for Salty to 'decipher' them, or should I contact Blizzard with a support ticket? Or have I missed something?
