完美的花朵 is found in the 完美的花朵 treasure, which is located in Zorammarsh, Tanaan Jungle, inside a giant tree. Treasure is surrounded by gas cloud, pick up 神秘的果實 around the tree until you get 花粉免疫 which allows you to loot the treasure.
Toy effect is 魔化花瓣, gives your pet a green fel glow. The toy has 1 day cooldown.

Worth noting that as of 6/25 you do not need to pick up mysterious fruit to become pollen immune, there is a little pocket to the left of the flower(if youre looking at it) that you can get it from. Avoid the purple gas and you can get close enough.

Can grab as mage while using Ice Barrier to absorb damage.

Also, can just run straight behind it, to a spot at the back of the stump where you aren't taking damage, and loot it from there, no problem.

As a rogue I was able to use cloak of shadows not to be damaged, I couldn't loot it for some reason but it was sent to me by mail.

Death Knights can use Anti Magic Shield if you don't want to run around picking flowers.
